Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard and click the Restart button. If required, click on Restart Anyway to force restart your PC. Release the Shift key when you see the "please wait" screen. Your PC will now restart and enter the Windows Recovery Environment.
One of the easiest ways to reset your PC without a password is by issuing the Restart command while pressing the SHIFT key. This allows us to invoke the same Reset operation as from the Windows Repair menu. On the Choose an option screen, click Troubleshoot: Reset your PC or see advanced options. Choose Reset this PC.
Whenever you try to use an incorrect password to log in to the admin account, a Reset Password button will appear below the Password box on the Windows login screen. This button is the only way provided by Windows to change the admin password when you do not have admin privileges or cannot log in to Windows.

Tap Page Roles in the Settings menu. Tap the pencil icon next to your name. Tap the Remove button and confirm.
Factory reset a Windows laptop
Go to Settings > System > Recovery. At the top of the window, you'll see Reset this PC. Click on Get Started and select Remove Everything from the box that appears. From there, you can select to reinstall Windows from the local drive or download it from the cloud.
A default (admin) password is a piece of alphanumerical text for the user to log in to a service for the first time. Common default passwords include “admin” and “guest”. Default login credentials can be found in user manuals. Many websites share lists of default login info as well.

Windows Users
The process for resetting your PC differs slightly for each version of the operating system. For Windows 11, click Start > Settings > System > Recovery > and then click Reset This PC. You'll then follow the onscreen instructions. For Windows 10, go to the Start Menu and click on Settings.
If you are locked out of your laptop and cannot access system, click the Power button on login screen while keep pressing shift button. Then select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC. If you can access your PC, click on the Start button > Settings > Update & Security and Reset this PC.
If you can at least reach the login screen, click on Power icon on lower right corner, then hold down the SHIFT key and then select Restart. Windows 10 will reboot and ask you to select an option. Click Troubleshoot. On the next screen, click the Reset this PC button.

You can't delete the normal administrator account when you are login with it. So, you should sign in with another administrator account (has administrator privilege), and then remove that one you don't need. Built-in administrator can't be truly removed from your Windows 10 system, but can be disabled and hidden.
When you delete an admin account, all data saved in that account will be deleted. For instance, you will lose your documents, pictures, music and other items on the desktop of the account.
Click on Manage other account. Enter the password for the administrator account if prompted. Click on the account which you want to delete (Microsoft admin account). Click on Delete the account.
