You know someone favorited your TikTok by checking your Inbox, tapping the Activities tab, and then filtering for "Likes and Favorites" to see notifications and the users who saved your video; TikTok sends alerts directly to your inbox for these actions.
You can know if someone keeps looking at your TikTok profile by turning on Profile View History, which shows you users who visited in the last 30 days, but it's a two-way street: they'll see you too if they have it on. Go to Settings and privacy > Privacy > Profile views in the app and toggle it on to see who's been checking you out, but remember you only see people who have also enabled the feature and vice-versa.
Your likes will automatically be set as visible only to you, but you can change that at any time from your profile page: Access Privacy and Settings by clicking the three dots in the top right corner. Tap "Who Can See the Videos I've Liked" Choose between All and Me.
