To warm an already made (fully baked) pie, use an oven preheated to 325-350°F (160-175°C). The goal is to warm the filling through and re-crisp the crust without drying it out or burning it.
The best way to reheat pie is in the oven. Warm whole pies at 325-350°F until heated through (about 15-20 minutes), tenting with foil to prevent excess browning. Warm leftover slices at the same temperature, wrapped in foil to keep the filling in place, on a baking sheet until heated through.
Remove from outer packaging, leaving the pie in the foil. Pre heat oven to 180°C fan assisted, gas mark 6. Place pie onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes. Remove pie from foil and return to the oven for a further 15-20 min or until the pastry is golden.
