To beat the ghost cat, Polterkitty, in Luigi's Mansion 3, you must surprise her by flashing her with the Strobulb just as she rears up to attack, then suck up her tails one by one by repeatedly slamming her down, using Gooigi as bait can make it easier, especially on later floors where you might need two flashes. The key is patience and timing: let her sneak up, turn away, then flash her the moment she's vulnerable before vacuuming and slamming.
Ghosts do not like light. If you shine the Poltergust G-00's Strobulb on them, you'll surprise them, stopping them in their tracks. If there are many ghosts around, press and hold the A Button to charge the Strobulb before you shine it.
Polterkitty is a purple cat ghost that has big blue eyes and also wears a golden necklace around her neck. She has a slim body and her ears curve. Polterkitty has three tails when Luigi meets her, but she will lose a tail after each battle with him.
To defeat Polterkitty, Luigi or Gooigi needs to flash the Strobulb at her just before she attacks, indicated by her rearing up and spreading her forelimbs wide as her eyes flash pink. This will stun her long enough for Luigi or Gooigi to catch her with the Poltergust G-00.
If Luigi chooses not to capture Morty, he may return at a later time to find Morty relaxing in satisfaction at his movie being complete. Luigi then has the option of watching Morty's movie.
The Polterkitty is Hellen Gravely's ghostly pet cat, and a recurring boss in Luigi's Mansion 3.

That there is the new-and-improved Poltergust 5000. It's simple to use: just press 'R' to vacuum. Before you go hunting ghosts, why don't test it out on some of the junk in that room? Go on!
Go to the Container Yard to get around the Polterpup. Once back in the Transportation Hall, Luigi can sneak up on the Polterpup and capture him.
The Burst is a function of the Poltergust G-00 used in Luigi's Mansion 3. Luigi using the Burst feature to jump into the air. The Burst has the Poltergust G-00 send its fans into overdrive for a short while, blowing out enough air to cause Luigi to 'jump' and to blow away objects or ghosts.
Paranormal Chaos, or E-5, is the fifth mission of the Treacherous Mansion, and probably the most difficult mission in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. It functions much like the other ghost-infestation missions where Luigi must capture a large amount of ghosts in a certain period of time.
Kruller's sunglasses must be removed so that he can be stunned with the Strobulb. When his sunglasses are being removed, he will attempt to squirt water from the water gun in order to melt Gooigi. After his sunglasses are removed, he can be stunned and captured.
However, collecting all 50 Boos will unlock a Gold Diamond.
It can be used by charging up the A-meter and pressing A in quick succession to slam a ghost into the ground, dealing 20 HP of damage for each slam, and is able to be performed up to 7 times in a row, dealing up to 140 damage to a ghost.
Wait with your back towards Polterkitty. It will slowly creep towards you (so to save time don't stand TOO far away). Once it covers its eyes, turn and charge up your Strobulb (hold down A). When it uncovers its eyes, flash it with the Stobulb and then vacuum it up like any other ghost.
There is a glitch that's discovered after the update, if Luigi is fighting a boss, normally all the doors in the room are blocked. However, the little door on the stage where Amadeus Wolfgeist is playing his piano isn't blocked, this causes the player to be able to get into the room.
For each mansion, there are 13 different gemstones, each with a different shape. Collecting all the gems will unlock a special statue of Luigi for the player to admire. It's decorated with the gems that were collected.
Unlike the other bosses, Morty does not need to be captured due to being the only friendly one, and is never directly fought prior to obtaining the elevator button from him. He instead has Luigi fight against various elements as part of a filming project.
Keep moving to dodge being tongue squished, then jump or move under the tongue. Then watch the shadows of King Boo and the clones to avoid being squashed. Between all this, throw the unexploded bombs at King Boo.
Ghostzilla attacks with claw swipes and by spewing fire from his mouth. Eventually he spews a larger but slower one. Luigi must counter by using the Poltergust G-00 to blow the large one back. The smaller ones cannot be deflected.
