Mandalorian warriors are some of the biggest badasses in the universe, and they don't gain that kind of reputation by sleeping in late. Therefore, it's safe to assume that The Mandalorian sleeps with one eye open, and wakes before his enemies.
By this logic, it's likely that Mandalorians are also able to remove their helmets for sleep as well. Since Mando felt comfortable enough to unburden himself of his headgear when eating, there's a good chance that he is fine with leaving it off when he is isolated from others while taking a snooze.
For practical purposes — such as washing, eating, and (apparently) maintaining a well-groomed mustache, Mando is allowed to remove his helmet when he's alone. This was seen in The Mandalorian season 1 episode "Sanctuary," when Din took off his helmet to eat a meal that had been given to him by Omera.
And while there are many rules guiding Mandalorians and showing them “the Way,” the most iconic aspect of their culture is related to their armor. That's because, as Season 1 of The Mandalorian underlines, true Mandalorians are forbidden from ever taking their helmets in front of others.

To eat, for example (no, they don't absorb nutrients through a tube hidden in their armor). Mando actually did so in the episode, though his head was still hidden from viewers. Mandalorians are just not allowed to take off their helmet in front of someone else. No other being can see their face.
It's a space toilet. It's called a "vac tube" and it looks just like a round, tilted hole in the side of the titular character's ship, like an advanced version of an airplane toilet.
Is Grogu Yoda? According to the events of "The Mandalorian" so far, Grogu and Yoda are not the same character. They are simply from the same species. The name of this species has never been revealed since "Star Wars" creator George Lucas wanted to give Yoda a sense of mystery.

If the steel is taken from them, they can reclaim it, which is seen as a massive honor.

Original Mandalorians can have kids. On Mandalore, their society was setup around clans. Admittedly, they are also big on adopting kids from other humanoid species, and that's what they're known for, but don't mistake them with clone troopers, who were copied from a mandalorian.
How do Mandalorians shower? Bounty hunting is a dirty business, and it's unlikely that basic hygiene is off the table for the Mandalorian, tradition notwithstanding. While this hasn't been confirmed outright, we can also presume that Mandalorians also shower or bathe in private, sans helmet.
The discrimination goes back to the question of what constitutes life. Droids are machinery, not organic life forms. Because of this, droids are viewed as lesser, interchangeable, and even cannon fodder, but with characters like R2D2 and L3-37, it's clear that they have a life and opinions of their own.
The Mandalorians' bloody history made their armor an iconic symbol of fear. Mandalorian armor was typically made from beskar, which was one of the strongest metals in the galaxy, but it could also be made from more common metals such as durasteel. Beskar could protect the wearer from blasters and even lightsabers.
