To view hidden files in Excel, use the View tab > Unhide for entire workbooks, or right-click a sheet tab and select Unhide for worksheets, choosing the hidden sheet from the dialog box; for rows/columns, select adjacent visible ones and right-click to unhide, or use Alt+F11 (VBA Editor) for "very hidden" sheets not shown in the menu.
If you want to see just one or two hidden sheets, here's how you can quickly unhide them:

Now, to actually do it, you're going to use the CTRL + 0 to hide your columns, CTRL + 9 to hide your rows. Now, notice it kind of works in pairs. To hide it, you're using CTRL. To unhide it, you're going to add the SHIFT key.

How to unhide very hidden sheets in Excel
Look in all of your filters and make sure that blanks are selected. If there is one that is not selected, select it and your issue should be resolved.
