Knowing if you're truly "saved" (in a Christian context) involves trusting in Jesus Christ for forgiveness, believing He is God's Son who died and rose again, and experiencing a heart change leading to a desire to follow Him, evidenced by growing faith and good works, even as you acknowledge ongoing sin but turn from it, finding assurance in God's promises rather than perfect performance. Assurance comes from God's Word, not self-effort, and is a present reality when you believe, with the Holy Spirit confirming your new spiritual life.
If you put your faith in Jesus you can be “100%” sure you are of going to heaven someday, not because you said a prayer, but because you put your faith in Jesus! Now share that good news with everyone you can!
Jesus is actually the one who saves us, it's not the faith itself or the strength of the faith, it is Jesus, and even a weak faith can cling to a strong savior. There are people who are saved, but who aren't fully confident in that reality.
The five assurances
Six signs you are a genuine Christian
False belief is often revealed through a careless attitude, love of worldliness, and avoidance of persecution. Simon's response to Peter's rebuke showed he was motivated by fear of punishment rather than a genuine love for God.
This is a tough question because the Bible is clear that everyone who believes will spend eternity with God in heaven (John 3:16, 1 Timothy 1:16, and 1 John 5:13).

The 7 Promises of God
By confessing that we believe that Jesus is the Son of God who came in the flesh to save us from our sins we can be confident that we have eternal life (1 John 4:2, 13-15; 5:13). Therefore “Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life” (1 John 5:12).
God imputed Christ's righteousness to all who put their faith in Him, and He imputes our sin to Christ on the cross. That sin has been paid for fully and finally on the cross. So the question is: Do you believe Christ? And if you believe Christ, then you can know that you have eternal life.
The biggest unforgivable sin varies by faith, but in Christianity, it's often seen as blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, a persistent rejection of God's grace, while in Islam, the gravest unforgivable sin is shirk, or associating partners with God, if not repented. Pride is also considered a foundational, serious sin across many faiths, linked to the downfall of figures like Satan.
This is when people who do not know Jesus and who do not believe in His gospel are blinded by the devil and tricked into believing that they are saved. All Christians must examine themselves to see if they truly know God.
Church teaching says nothing about the time of 3 a.m. However, in popular culture it has become known as the “devil's hour.” This is because Gospel tradition reports that Jesus died at 3 p.m., and so—because the devil likes to mock God—the inverse hour of 3 a.m. is considered the time the devil chooses to manifest most ...
Yes, we can presume that your husband will still know you and love you. Jesus, however, cautions against thinking of heaven too literally. He said, “At the resurrection they [people in heaven] neither marry nor are given in marriage but are like the angels in heaven ” (Mt 22:30).
With this declaration, Alma identified for Corianton the three most abominable sins in the sight of God: (1) denying the Holy Ghost, (2) shedding innocent blood, and (3) committing sexual sin. Adultery was third to murder and the sin against the Holy Ghost as abominable sins.
When God reroutes your path, it's to protect, prepare, and position you for something greater than you can imagine. “In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.” — Proverbs 16:9 Keep walking. The road He chooses leads to purpose, peace, and promise.
The gifts are 1 ) wisdom, 2) understanding, 3) counsel, 4) fortitude, 5) knowledge, 6) piety, and 7) fear of the Lord. This list is based on Is 11:2. The imparting of the gifts of the Spirit is associated with baptism, as well as Confirmation and Ordination.

“Our only hope for true perfection is in receiving it as a gift from heaven—we can't 'earn' it. Thus, the grace of Christ offers us … salvation from sorrow and sin and death.”
The ABCs of salvation, that is. This popular children's ministry acronym stands for admit, believe, and confess. It's a simple way churches teach parents and volunteers to share the gospel with kids—especially during the week of Vacation Bible School.
The concept of “conscience", as commonly used in its moral sense, is the inherent ability of every healthy human being to perceive what is right and what is wrong and, on the strength of this perception, to control, monitor, evaluate and execute their actions [25].
If a person is resurrected to life in heaven, they no longer have a physical body. Not only does this mean you would not need to sleep you also would not eat or drink and have no gender or sex. Those who are resurrected to life in heaven will serve alongside Jesus as kings and priests for 1,000 years.
Elon Musk's beliefs have evolved; while previously skeptical, he recently stated he believes "God is the Creator" and the universe came from "something," though he avoids strict religious labels, identifying more as a "cultural Christian" who values Christian principles for boosting happiness and birth rates, rather than subscribing to all traditional doctrines. He acknowledges a higher power but distinguishes this from a judging, moralistic deity, focusing on the creative origin of the cosmos.
