To delete the iOS 16 beta, you typically either turn off Beta Updates in Settings for newer betas or remove the profile in VPN & Device Management for older ones, then install the latest official iOS when prompted, or if needed, perform a full device restore using a computer to get the stable version, which requires an older backup.
For devices running iOS 16.3 or earlier: Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and tap the iOS & iPadOS Beta Software Profile that appears. Tap Remove Profile. If asked, enter your device passcode, then tap Remove.
