Asking the Holy Spirit for help involves sincere, simple prayers, such as "Come, Holy Spirit," "Help me, Friend," or asking for specific guidance, strength, or comfort in moments of need. It is a daily, relational invitation for the Spirit—who already dwells within believers—to guide thoughts, actions, and decisions.
