Goku did not produce the universe destroying waves or super concentrated ki by himself. He didn't even do it consciously. Beerus had to "assist" and no one besides Zeno has ever been stated to be able to destroy the universe on their own.
Goku can destroy a universe, but not a space time continuum. They are different. And Low Multiversal requires being able to destroy either multiple space-time continuums or multiple 4-D areas larger than an infinite 3-D one.
Now that indicates that it has at least 2 universe sized realms and 10 almost universe sized realms. therefore SSG goku can destroy 3 (actually 3,5 but I'll leave it at 3 for simplicity) universes. Now he absorbed that into base.
