We ask, "If all things have a creator, then who created God?" Actually, only created things have a creator, so it's improper to lump God with his creation. God has revealed himself to us in the Bible as having always existed. Ray Comfort, author and evangelist, writes: No person or thing created God.
The very first verse of the Bible says, "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth" (Genesis 1:1). Elsewhere the Bible says, "Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made" (John 1:3). But God had no beginning! He has always existed -- and He always will.
God created both physical and metaphysical time and God existed entirely without time. God, then, had to be timeless. Unless God became temporal at some point, God remains timeless.
