'Once Upon a Time': Meet Maleficent's child, Lily -- all grown up.
Before the film series, Hades had married Maleficent and had a daughter with her. This child was Mal, who didn't have any contacts with Hades, and both Maleficent and Mal both resented him; Maleficent because she thought he was a weak human and Mal because he was never there for her.
Maleficent is the main antagonist of the Disney Channel Original Movie Descendants and Disney's 1959 animated feature film, Sleeping Beauty. She is the leader of the Disney Villains. She is also Mal's mother, and Hades' wife.

She is the only daughter and only child of the deceased King Stefan and Queen Leila, and the "goddaughter" of the fairy Maleficent.
The way Maleficent loses her magnificent wings is unsettling. Stefan, the man who Maleficent thinks loves her, drugs her. While Maleficent is unconscious, incapacitated, Stefan tries to work himself up to the task of killing her. Instead he cuts off her wings (offscreen thankfully).

But in the end she suggested Vivienne for the cameo role because none of the child actors would go near her. "We think it's fun for our kids to have cameos and join us on set, but not to be actors," Angelina told EW.
She hated infant Aurora, and she called her "Beastie," and tried to scare her, but Aurora just smiled at her in response. Since watching Aurora over her childhood years, Maleficent soon grew a maternal love for her.

Disney announced yesterday that Angelina Jolie's daughter, Vivienne, will play the pint-sized Princess Aurora with Elle Fanning as the “grown up” version because why not. I honestly wish I had that type of influence over people, “Hey you! Put my kid in this movie or I am so out of here!”
Upon getting wounded, Lily transforms into a dragon, wreaks havoc in the woods, and almost murdered Snow. Eventually, she reverts back into her human form, where she is found by Maleficent and they reconcile.
Hormin who is mentioned here as the son of Lilith is most probably a result of a scribal error of the word "Hormiz" attested in some of the Talmudic manuscripts.
Queen Ingrith is a worthy adversary to the dark fairy Maleficent, with an evil plan to divide humans and fairies forever. She was portrayed by Michelle Pfeiffer.

In the Enchanted Forest, a dragon named Maleficent lays an egg that contains her child, guarding it in a cave.
In Heart of the Moors, we see his sweet, loyal nature as he unflinchingly helps Maleficent and Aurora time and again. No King Stefan. King Stefan sucked in Maleficent. He broke Maleficent's heart and totally betrayed her.
Queen Leila is a minor character in the film, Maleficent. She was the daughter of King Henry, the wife of King Stefan, and Aurora's mother. She was married to Stefan as part of his reward for his "slaying" of the fairy, Maleficent.
Jolie explained to the magazine that the five-year-old only got the part because she was the only child who wasn't terrified of Jolie in her getup.
Maleficent is a 41-year-old geneticist with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) who hates people with physical and neurological disabilities. She is an avid proponent of eugenics, believing that "healthy genes" are extremely important, while disabilities should be stigmatized and eliminated.
While in the Disney Channel original film series, Descendants, the third film reveals that the live-action versions of themselves were once married to each other until Hades abandons both Maleficent and their daughter, Mal.
The Maleficent version of King Stefan was initially good, but he became an evil villain. When Stefan was first crowned king after cutting off Maleficent's wings, until Aurora's christening, he appeared to be just a wise king, but that all changed quickly when Maleficent cursed his infant daughter Aurora.
