Three times in the Book of Psalms (Psalm 2:4; 37:13; 59:8) we read that God shall laugh. The word "laugh" does not mean what we usually think of today as laughing with "joy" or "making a joke of." It always means, "to hold in derision — to mock or to scorn."
There's an old Yiddish proverb, "We plan, God laughs" that expresses a degree of truth that when humans plan something to happen things turn out different than hoped. There is a quote with similar intent by Woody Allen, "if you want to make God laugh, tell Him about your plans."
God sees each of us through eyes of unconditional love, and He loves everyone—it doesn't matter what they do, where they work, how much money they have, how educated they are or what they look like. We need to do the same. We need to learn to see others as God sees them.
He sees you in the Beloved—He sees you in Christ, and He sees the blood that has been shed for you by His dear Son. When God looks at you today, He sees Jesus. Because of this, His thoughts toward you are thoughts of loving-kindness, forgiveness, blessings, and favor.
Even before God became man, it's clear throughout the Old Testament that God feels sorrow, even weeps for the crushing blows of His people. Psalm 34:18 promises us that “the Lord is close to the brokenhearted.” How can you be close to someone who is brokenhearted and not feel their pain?
Psalm 34:15, 17-19, says, “The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous And His ears are open to their cry. The righteous cry, and the LORD HEARS and delivers them out of ALL their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
"Tears are prayers too. They travel to God when we can't speak." Psalm 56:8 "You keep track of all my sorrows.
As a daughter of God, you are redeemed and freed from guilt. The word redemption means that Jesus ransomed you, or paid the price, so that you could be released from death's prison. Redemption means that you have crossed from death to life. You were once under the law's curse but are now a citizen of heaven.
Scripture clearly indicates that God does view sin differently and that He proscribed a different punishment for sin depending upon its severity. While God does see sin differently we now have Jesus to forgive us of our sin.
Reflect on God's shaping work in your life
It grows from your past and all God has done to shape you. Vision is revealed as you let your life speak. As you “listen” to your life and what God is saying to you through it, the Holy Spirit will show you what you need to see and understand.
He gives us all we need for every good work, Ephesians 6.10-12. He provides escape from temptation, 1 Corinthians 10.13. And, He provides us with the necessary discipline in order to bring correction to our spiritual life, Hebrews 12.6-11. God provides us with His constant love and care.
He also speaks to us through the glory of His creation. Additionally, He speaks to us through His Holy Spirit and through dreams, visions and our thoughts. Further, God will use events and circumstances to speak with us. More often than not, God uses the people He has placed in our lives to speak to us.
“The eyes of the Lord are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked and the good” (Proverbs 15:3). He sees what is behind and what is ahead, all the threats, all the dangers. “God will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing, whether it is good or whether it is evil” (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14).

He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision.
God laughs at those who set themselves against his anointed (Psalm 59:8). And when he laughs, he does so for our sake, to communicate to us. He laughs to give off signals — signals that are horrible to his enemies and wonderful to his friends. The most memorable instance is Psalm 2.
God never mocks or laughs at sin. He sent his only begotten Son to die on the cross taking my place and paying the price for my sin. We often hear people laughing and joking about sin. But it is no joke, and the result is not laughable.
All sins and blasphemies of men will be forgiven them. But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin” (Mark 3:28-29). Notice, there is a positive and a negative in what Jesus says.
God's forgiveness and love are unconditional. He loved us while we were still sinners (Romans 5:8) and we cannot earn His love by our good works. We are forgiven based on the perfect work of Jesus Christ. God does, however, require repentance in order to grant forgiveness.
When we sin, we have 2 choices. We can conceal it and try to hide it from God or we can confess it to God. Proverbs 28:13 People who conceal their sins will not prosper, but if they confess and turn from them, they will receive mercy.

Some wish the ceremony that celebrated the beginning of the alleged marriage of Jesus and Mary Magdalene to be viewed as a "holy wedding"; and Jesus, Mary Magdalene, and their alleged daughter, Sarah, to be viewed as a "holy family", in order to question traditional gender roles and family values.
The Four Daughters of God are a personification of the virtues of Truth, Righteousness/Justice, Mercy, and Peace in medieval Catholic religious writing.
He hears our cries of unhappiness, pain, frustration, exhaustion, and fear. We can be honest with Him. His listening ear is always open to our prayers. His loving heart wants to embrace us as we cry on His shoulder.
No matter what your pain is, God sees you too! You may feel as if you are invisible, that no one really sees you or comprehends your hurt and despair. When you begin to doubt that God sees you, turn again to Psalm 139. Our God sees us, knows everything about us and loves us perfectly!
Crying to God is not childish. It is a proof of our trust and utter dependence on God, Who is able to assuage our predicament. When hope is hopeless and there is no one to help, CRYING IN FAITH to God is consequential. Psalm 34:6 “THIS POOR MAN CRIED, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.”
