Currently, Dabi and Shoto share an ambiguous relationship, although Shoto still appears to slightly remember him through his memories. It's also unclear if Shoto blames Enji for Toya's accident, with the rest of his siblings being conflicted over it.
This shows he now only sees Shoto as an extension of Endeavor and a target of his grudge. When the two of them fight, Dabi has no problem in going all out against Shoto, coldly stating that he no longer feels anything for anyone and musing that he would get to kill Shoto right in front of Endeavor.
He still calls his mother okaa-san. That's proof that He still cares about them. Dabi doesn't hate his family or Shoto. He doesn't blame the family for the abuse but instead assigns blame to Endeavor.
Dabi has a small crush on the leader, Shigaraki.
As described in the spoiler recap, Dabi is in a stuporous state of quasi-death, certainly not dead but not quite fully alive either. His burnt, disfigured, and even dismembered state would suggest that death is imminently coming for him.
Despite this, Dabi ensured that Twice would make it out alive and claims that his death saddened him, though it seems that he valued Twice's abilities to help his goals over any bond the two villains had.
Enji Todoroki. The Flame Hero: Endeavor is Dabi's father. Dabi holds a huge grudge against Enji for rejecting him in the past and feeling like he was being used as a tool. In fact, Enji's overwhelming abuse on him seems to be the main reason for his fall to villainy.
Dabi may have desired affection from his parents, which he did not receive because of (in his mind) Shōto's existence. Following this idea of jealousy, Dabi may blame Shōto for his feelings of rejection and unwantedness.

While Dabi and Hawks appear to be enemies both deceiving the other, both stringing the other along for their own purposes set to inevitably betray each other, the irony of their connection is that they're both far more similiar than they are different.

The fact that Shouto didn't recognize Dabi when they met during the training camp arc was always a point against the theory, but if Dabi is within this age range, his age gap with Shouto is 8-11 years- it explains a lot. If Dabi left at say 18, Shouto would only have been around 10.
When Shoto activates his ice powers, the ice is instantly dissolved by the sheer heat of Dabi's flames. It was explained earlier that Dabi's flame Quirk is stronger than his father's, so being able to neutralize Shoto's ice gives him a surprising advantage.
3 Dabi Can't Cry Because His Tear Ducts Are Burnt
This was revealed after Twice's death. It seemed to bother him that, though he felt sadness, he couldn't express it adequately due to damage from his quirk. The only substance that can flow from his tear ducts is blood.
Even though Dabi insists he doesn't care about his feelings, he clearly does, he's willing to burn the world for the sake of a personal grudge against Endeavor. He's always burning up in his own feelings but can't admit that.
It isn't uncommon for hero characters like Shoto to have blood ties will one of the villains he and his friends fight or encounter from time to time. That trophy is one of the reasons why fans are drawn to Shoto and Dabi every since the theory of them being brothers began in the manga.

Blaming Endeavor for everything that happened, Shoto declared his hatred for his father, and swore to reject Endeavor in any way he could. Shoto's hatred was so deep that he refused to use his fire powers because he inherited them from his father, seeing it as his father's Quirk rather than his own.

In 290-294 we saw Dabi's flames burn so hot during his confrontation with Endeavor and revealing himself as Touya that his burns have spread. Dabi is afraid of his feelings because of their connection to his flames, but he also uses his feelings to his advantage.
