Whether circumcision increases or decreases sexual pleasure is a subject of mixed findings, with some studies showing decreased sensation and others finding no significant change or even improvements in satisfaction, driven by factors like glans sensitivity, hygiene, or psychological perception, with high-quality evidence suggesting minimal or no adverse effects on function for most men, though individual experiences vary.
