A few days later Svetlana goes down on Veronica and then purposely has sex the next day at the bar. Veronica feels bad and ends up confessing to Kevin what happened, and suggests that they all sleep together. After processing the information, they do.
In order to keep Svetlana from being deported, V marries her. Over time the two actually fall in love, and Kevin, V, and Svetlana all end up in a relationship together. They combine their families and raise their children together as well.
Kevin and V, longtime couple and parents to twin girls, are now in a polyamorous relationship with their star bartender, Svetlana.
Svetlana's send-off was extremely fitting.
After becoming a "throuple," Svetlana practically took over Kevin and Veronica's bar — not to mention crowded out the relationship they had already built together. Which is why Kevin and Veronica decided they needed to find someone else for her to marry.
Kevin and Veronica take back the Alibi from Svetlana, who agrees to partial ownership of the bar. Kevin and Veronica later help Svetlana marry a senile elderly sugar daddy, after which Svetlana moves out of Kevin and Veronica's house.

Kev returned and was able to help prove Frank's innocence. He mentioned that he was still happily married to Veronica though he did come close to cheating on her with a police woman on the estate. Carl drove Kev back to Nottingham, where he had moved after leaving prison, at the end of the episode.

Season 4. In Long Way From Home, it is revealed that Svetlana is pregnant with what is supposedly Mickey's child, and that he is going to marry her after Terry Milkovich hires her to rape Mickey after he catches him and Ian together in Cascading Failures.
Then, Svetlana divorces V in favor of a senile old man, starting a new life and effectively leaving the series. So why did Svetlana leave in the first place? Apparently, this extreme storyline directly led to her exiting the show.

After 11 seasons of committed love, Shameless' Kevin and Veronica have finally made their relationship legally binding. In Sunday's episode, Kev surprised his other half by decking out the Alibi in decorations and announcing that the courts were, once again, performing weddings, virtually.

Tami Tamietti is a main character of U.S. Shameless. She first appears in the first episode of season 9 and becomes a romantic partner to Lip, and by the end of the season, becomes pregnant with his child.
Svetlana sees sex as a business proposition, but instead of money, she receives a roof over her head, a job at The Alibi, and someone to help raise her child. The physical actions soon turn into an emotional affair between Svetlana and Veronica, and the two get married to keep Svetlana from being deported.
In her last appearance in Episode 1114, Fiona mentions that her unseen child is a boy. Fiona may have been around thirty years old as of Series 11.
Near the finale, Kev becomes the father of a son named Dominick with Carol who will raise the child herself since she was lonely, despite Kev's sadness at not being with his son. However, he moves past his depression when Veronica gives birth to twin girls Amy and Jemma whom he becomes the proud father of.
