A person of Muslim faith is supposed to perform a ritual washing of their bodies before praying to get rid of these minor impurities.
The body should be lifted carefully to protect the skin and to show respect, and gently washed with simple soap. A body should be rinsed three, five, seven or an odd number of times, until the water runs clear. The last rinse may include camphor or another scented ingredient.
One of the pillars of Islam is that Muslims pray five times a day. Before those prayers, they are expected to perform a purification ritual called Wudu, requiring that they wash their faces, hands, arms, and feet.

After defecating, the anus must be washed with water using the left hand, or if water is unavailable, with an odd number of smooth stones or pebbles called jamrah or hijaarah (Sahih Al-Bukhari 161, Book 4, Hadith 27). It is now more common to wipe with tissues and water.
We must bathe at least once a day and we must do Wudu before our prayers. We should also wash and dry ourselves properly everytime we use the toilet and remember to wash and clean our hands. We know how easily germs spread from our very own hands to our bodies as well as to other people.
Remove all your clothing and jewellery and step into the shower. Say “Bismillah” and wash your hands thoroughly three times. With your left hand, wash your private parts. Rub or pat all body parts with water, particularly your private areas after menstruation.
Exposing the intimate parts of the body is unlawful in Islam as the Quran instructs the covering of male and female genitals, and for adult females the breasts. Exposing them is normally considered sinful.
Preparing the body
According to a set of funeral rites and rituals, the body is washed three times by close family members of the same sex (Ghusl). The body is then positioned with the left hand on the chest and the right on top of that, before being shrouded with large, white sheets and tied with ropes (Kafan).
Thus, the restriction in this hadith doesn't reach it to be prohibited. According to the above discussion, in our opinion, touching private parts with the right hand is makruh tanzih and not prohibited. It is included in matters of manners and the restriction in the hadith is a form of guidance and education.
Muslim men and women are required by the Sunnah to shave their pubic hair and axillae. Also, Muslim men are not supposed to shave their beards, but are encouraged to shave their moustaches, according to the Sunnah.

When it comes out clean with no trace of blood, brownish or yellowish discharge on it, then your Menstrual period is over. So perform your Ghusl and continue fasting, praying, and other acts of ibadah. But when you see red, yellow, or brown discharge on it, that means your period is not over.

However, the dominant belief in Islam is that, not only is the consumption of alcohol in any of its forms forbidden, but Muslims should avoid even indirect association with alcohol.
Men CANNOT wear shorts, and the shirts can be short-sleeved but fully covering the shoulders. Shoes don't really matter, as everybody has to remove any (walking into a mosque has to be barefooted). Women need to cover all the body except face, hands and feet.
The punishment for being seen in public without a headscarf includes arrest, a prison sentence, flogging or a fine – all this for the “crime” of exercising their right to choose what to wear.
There is nothing wrong with the husband kissing his wife , touching her and being intimate with her, without having intercourse, when he is fasting.
