Darth Vader Visits Padme's Tomb For the FIRST TIME [CANON]
At some point after his transformation into the armored Darth Vader, Amidala's husband, the fallen Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker came to visit the mausoleum, stricken by grief and remorse for his part in her death.
After all, keeping Anakin as Darth Vader relied on him believing he killed Padme, so the Emperor needed to make sure no part of the funeral suggested otherwise.
Darth Vader awakens, and his first question is about the whereabouts of Padmé. Palpatine tells Darth Vader that in his anger he killed her, placing the blame for Padmé's death on Vader. Vader denies it, saying he sensed Padmé was still alive, which the audience knows she was as Obi-Wan escaped on the ship with her.
In the main Star Wars timeline, of course, Darth Vader's attempts to resurrect Padmé on Mustafar were doomed to failure. But it's fascinating to speculate what would have happened had he been successful. In that scenario, Padmé Amidala's return from the dead would not have provided the solace Darth Vader sought.
Anakin does not have even the slightest bit of remorse. By the end, he feels nothing but anger. Although he feels regret for killing Padme, he still helps the evil Emperor. The film ends with Anakins standing side by side with the man on whose behalf he has committed all his crimes.
After Padme died, Anakin had already fully committed to the dark side. Even if he still desired to do good, his anger had corrupted him to the point of no return.
The Little Girl
Long story short, she is Padmé's niece, Pooja Naberrie, and was portrayed by Hayley Mooy. If nothing else, you just learned a fun piece of Star Wars trivia.
Overview. After her death in childbirth on Polis Massa, Amidala's body was returned to Naboo for the proper funeral rites. In order to hide the fact that Amidala's twins survived, her body was prepared to still appear pregnant. Her maternal grandmother, Ryoo Thule, oversaw Amidala's funeral, as per Naboo custom.
What Padmé knew about Anakin's previous dark deeds. Padmé was well aware that Anakin had committed dark crimes that would've started his fall to the dark side. He even confessed to her that he had massacred an entire Tusken Raider village to avenge his mother, leaving no one alive.
Over the years since the Youngling massacre, and even sometime before, Darth Vader has regretted killing the Younglings, recognizing that it was the most terrible thing he had ever done.
However, Leia's strong-mindedness during Vader's probe denied him the opportunity to discover she was his daughter. That serves to justify Vader's lack of awareness of his connection to Leia, although, perhaps, not as satisfyingly as if Lucas had planned for the relationship from the beginning.
What's more, the Jedi do NOT want to free Shmi. They feel Anakin's love towards her is too strong hence a liability. If she were close to him, there would be no chance of that love to fade. While Shmi is on the other side of the galaxy, they figure Anakin will forget about her or something along this line.

The question is, whether Sidious actually had the power to save Padmé. It turned out that he didn't. After Anakin betrayed Master Windu, Palpatine said, "To cheat death, is a power only [Plagueis] achieved.
She was recovered from the Tusken Raider camp by her son, Padawan Anakin Skywalker, who returned her body to the Lars farm after slaughtering the Tuskens within the camp. Shmi was buried at the farm with a gravestone marking her grave. After her husband Cliegg Lars died, he was buried next to her.
She does not have a baby bump, her hand never goes to her stomach to indicate she's carrying a child, and there wasn't exactly any time for her to have conceived a child with anyone in the course of the film, including Kylo Ren/Ben Solo.
Despite his mother being Padmé Amidala, a former queen and galactic hero, there is little mention in the Star Wars saga of Luke Skywalker learning about her life, or even being interested in finding out.
How Old Was Padmé When She Died In Revenge Of The Sith? The age difference between Anakin and Padmé was ultimately immaterial, given that Padmé's death at the end of the Star Wars prequels brings an end to her story at just 27 years old.

Leia Organa-Skywalker
Leia Amidala Skywalker (portrayed by Carrie Fisher) is the wife of Han Solo, the mother of Ben Solo, the younger twin sister of Luke Skywalker, the daughter of Anakin Skywalker and Padmé Amidala, and the granddaughter of Shmi Skywalker, raised by Bail and Breha Organa of Alderaan.
Had Anakin not converted: Padme would have been killed by the Emperor before childbirth, and before Anakin and Obi wan returned from the mission to destroy general Grievous. Regardless: order 66 probably still would have happened since the army was under control of the dicator in Palpatine.
Because of Anakin's attachment to his wife, her potential death was the perfect excuse to step in and make false promises about the Sith. Palpatine even offered a way to save Padmé, and that the Sith could help preserve life. Of course, he never intended to save her, as she'd complicate his plans for Anakin.
We go for the more simple answer, further considering the details of the question itself. If Anakin didn't go into that chamber as the Jedi confronted Palpatine, then Mace Windu would have defeated Palpatine, killing him.
