Draco did not really want to become a death eater. He was forced to as punishment for his father's failures. We can infer that he took the dark mark unwillingly, or that he regretted it later.
Rowling commented that "The moment Draco got what he thought he wanted, to become a Death Eater, and given a mission by Lord Voldemort, as he did in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, reality finally hit him" because his dream was "so very different".
The Pottermore writing on Draco Malfoy clarifies that Draco only became a full member of the Death Eaters when the Dark Lord asked him to kill Dumbledore and he accepted the task. Much like Regulus Black before him, Draco willingly joined the Death Eaters, but began to have misgivings after already having joined.
They grew up with blood supremacy instilled in them from an early age. Most of their parents went to school with Voldemort so as kids they basically grew up with him around. Lucius Malfoy was an ardent believer in the supremacy and privilege of pure blood.
Hermione was all about logic. Harry suspected malfoy in each and every year and he was proved wrong over and over. So Hermione didn't want to believe Harry again. And malfoy was so pathetic in her eyes that she brushed off the possibility of him being a deatheater.

When Harry survived Voldemort's Killing Curse for the second time, Narcissa pretended he was dead so she could get to Draco.
Finally, Lucius, Narcissa, and Draco never fled Hogwarts with the other antagonists and losers. In The Deathly Hallows novel, the Malfoys defect from Voldemort's army, betraying the other Death Eaters.
Voldemort had waged psychological warfare on the Malfoys, and knowing that he held total power over them- he fully took advantage of his situation. He wielded his power to the point that they no longer wanted to follow him- but they were in too deep.
Despite being a valued Death Eater in the days before Voldemort fell following his attack on baby Harry, Lucius stumbled out of favor with the Dark Lord when he squandered Riddle's diary (secretly a horcrux) in Chamber of Secrets and failed to obtain the prophecy in Order of the Phoenix.
In the battle that ensued, the prophecy was destroyed, and Lucius and his comrades were imprisoned in Azkaban in 1996. Although Voldemort broke them out of prison in 1997, he was displeased with Lucius for his failures and treated the Malfoys with much disdain and abuse.
Draco had several reasons for lying to Bellatrix, including the fact that he was never a bad person. Moreover, he no longer found working for the Dark Lord appealing and hated how Voldemort treated his family. He did not intend to harm anyone and believed Harry was the only person capable of defeating Voldemort.
Specifically, Draco was jealous of Harry. It was easy to miss because Draco didn't often show his emotions, modelling himself on his cold, confident, calculating father, but J.K. Rowling has confirmed that a lot of his enmity towards Harry stemmed from envy.
Dumbledore knew for sure that Lucius Malfoy is a Death Eater. The problem was that Dumbledore didn't have any authority to do something about it on his own and he didn't have enough physical evidence to prove it in front of the Wizengamot.
Peter Pettigrew (a.k.a. Wormtail) is the only Death Eater known to have been in a House other than Slytherin (Gryffindor) while at Hogwarts. There, he was a close friend of Sirius Black, James Potter, and Remus Lupin, although he was the least intelligent and least talented of the group.
The Death Eaters and the Dark Lord don't simply cast Avada Kedavra on everyone all the time because it doesn't suit their long-term goal of ruling the world and having a wizard-run society.
Due to his humiliation in the Triwizard Tournament, Cedric eventually becomes a Death Eater and kills Neville Longbottom. Due to Neville's death, the final Horcrux Nagini was never destroyed, and as a result Voldemort is never defeated, kills Harry and takes over the Wizarding World.
Bellatrix and Lucius also fought along during the Battle of Malfoy Manor, where they argued about who would call Voldemort when they caught Harry Potter. During the Battle of Hogwarts, Bellatrix was eventually killed by Molly Weasley, while Lucius and his family were reformed, as they regretted about joining Voldemort.
the malfoys hate the weasleys for two reasons : 1) their profound support for dumbledore order of the phoenix &and they were against dark lord ! 2) they unlike the malfoys were open to muggles being in the wizarding world ,they hated the fact that weasleys were friendly , supportive and loved the muggles .
Isaacs brings up Lucius' disheveled appearance in Deathly Hallows, raising the possibility that the Malfoy patriarch had begun drinking too much. The way Isaacs saw it, Lucius was in a no-win situation. Given everything he'd done, the man no longer had a place on either side of the war.
The Malfoys are able to avoid serving time in Azkaban, as they provide evidence that helps the Ministry track down the Death Eaters who had fled after the war.
Narcissa's greatest moment, however, was when she chose to betray Voldemort in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Not knowing whether Draco was alive or dead, Narcissa chose to lie to the Dark Lord rather than risk losing her son.
Voldemort intentionally made six Horcruxes, but when he used Avada Kedavra on Harry, he unintentionally created a seventh Horcrux. Instead of dying, Lily's love for Harry created a counter 'curse' known as Sacrificial Protection and saved Harry.

Yet the weakness that troubles him most of all is his kindness. He has managed to suppress it for who knows how many years — but when the time comes that he must forever banish it from his heart and become a true Death Eater, he finds it is a permanent part of him.
