Nina Einstein is definitely one of the most interesting characters in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. While it's not overtly stated, she is the only queer-coded character in the series, a rarity in anime even now, and definitely somewhat ahead of its time when the series debuted in 2008.
After some initial surprised reactions, the children work together with their parent figures to fight back against Frankenstein and the fate that was forced upon them. The children's names are Elzero (Lelouch x Suzaku), Elein (Lelouch x C.C.), Elzwei (Lelouch x Kallen), and Eldrei (Lelouch x Nunally).

We get something less subtle where Kallen looks at a photo of Lelouch, and not of Zero with a smile on her face. So, by the end of the series, Kallen is in love with Lelouch vi Britannia and possibly no longer with Zero.
But from looking at the facts there is more evidence the Lelouch has more romantic feelings towards C.C. than the other love interests. He demonstrates not only his actions but how he treats C.C. over Kallen. Even from the narrative, C.C. had a stronger impact on Lelouch's story and life.
