While Dragon Ball's Goku has unlocked god-like powers of his own, he still doesn't stand a chance against Lord Beerus (aka the God of Destruction) if the two were to ever fight again (considering he lost their first fight), however, there is another Z Fighter who actually could fend off Beerus with one ingenious attack ...
In the Battle of the gods movie and Beerus arc in Dbs. Beerus has been stated to have been holding back 30% of his power.
Beerus didn't show 10% of his power to Goku. Regardless of whether he showed 10% of his power or not, the principal is that he used 'more' power against Raging Vegeta than Goku Ssj3. So that would make Vegetto even less relevant -according to your logic.
Beerus' power level is around three billion at 100%. Interestingly, although he appeared to be powerful, at some point, whether he has more power than Goku and Vegeta combined became an issue of concern.
Well, according to the movie, Beerus used 70% of his power.
1) Beerus. Although Jiren is said to be able to defeat a God of Destruction, it's unlikely Beerus is at risk of suffering that defeat. Beerus has yet to use 100% of his powers in Dragon Ball Super thus far, whereas Jiren at 100% struggled against Mastered Ultra Instinct (MUI) Goku.

As the main character, Goku eventually surpassing Beerus is all but guaranteed. After all, Goku's journey is one of encountering and overcoming obstacles. It was demonstrated with Demon King Piccolo, then Frieza, then Kid Buu. Beerus is yet another obstacle for Goku to overcome.
Monaka was initially described as being a hero of his home world planet, Wagashi. At some point in his past, he was said to have fought against the God of Destruction Beerus. He managed to cause Beerus trouble, which makes him later claim Monaka as the strongest fighter he's ever faced.
And even though Goku has defeated Gas using the True Ultra Instinct state, this does not necessarily prove that his strength has surpassed that of Beerus'. Beerus has access to both Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego and to make him even more overpowered, he has the power of Hakai.
Super Saiyan 3 Goku at full power has a battle power of 24,000,000,000, 2 billion above Kid Buu's level.
4) Beerus - In the trillions
Even small planets likely host populations of close to a billion, so his kill count is easily in the trillions.
It's fitting and would make sense considering the godly context in which both Beerus and Whis were introduced. That said, there's no reason Goku can't fight and defeat one of the many other Gods of Destruction.
Which Form Is Stronger: Ultra Ego, or Ultra Instinct? Ultra Ego by all means is slightly stronger, but doesn't keep up with the speed and agility that Ultra Instinct has. Ultra Instinct has more sharper attacks rather than powerful, and Ultra Ego is rather the opposite, all power and all Ego.
Eventually, Goku, with the help of the other Saiyans, transforms into the Super Saiyan God and fights Beerus, just to be defeated by the God of Destruction.
Although Broly is thought to be stronger than Beerus, it can't be denied that Beerus has extra powers up his sleeve, such as Hakai. Beerus' status as a God of Destruction ultimately gives him the edge over pretty much anyone — including Broly.

While his fight with Moro showed he can beat another Ultra Instinct user, Whis' Angelic heritage and proficiency is unfathomable.
Unlike Ultra Instinct, Ultra Ego can be tapped into easily by the user once they awaken it completely. As seen during the Tournament of Power, Goku struggled to do that with his ability, and it wasn't until much later in the manga that he finally mastered it.
Beerus serves as this DLC's boss, and his level 250 form is incredibly tough to tackle if the player goes in unprepared, so here are a few tips to beat the God of Destruction.
Vegeta is scared of beerus because he is a destroyer. And also because beerus used King Vegeta's head as a stool. All jokes aside,Beerus is extremely strong and anyone would be afraid of him.
While Beerus likely still wins the fight, Vegeta is probably the closest mortal to actually being on similar ground with Beerus. Furthermore, Vegeta has only just learned Ultra Ego and will grow stronger over time.
Beerus was afraid Beerus would cause Xeno to destroy his universe, not of Jiren himself. He was scared Goku would lose.
Whis is one of the strongest beings in existence, and interestingly enough, only his father and the Omni King are confirmed to be stronger than him.
But without Ultra Instinct, Jiren still has the advantage over Goku. In order to defeat Jiren, Goku had to team up with both Frieza and Android 17. On his own, the only hope Goku has of defeating Jiren is by fully mastering Ultra Instinct, and being able to activate it at will.
