Each devices needs to download content on its own. In that case it is possible to watch a series you've downloaded on one device and stream it on another. You cannot stream from one device to another.

Our plans allow you to both stream content and store downloaded titles on 1, 2, or 4 devices at the same time.
Netflix lets you download some of its shows to your device so you can keep watching when you're on a plane, stuck in the subway, or just don't want to use up your mobile data. However, you can only download shows on up to four devices. If you ever need to add another, you'll need to deauthorize one first.

You can have offline downloads on two devices too. This is available in HD. If you want to download it on a third device, you will need to subscribe to the Premium plan, which costs $19.99 per month. This lets you watch video content on four devices and have downloaded content on four devices.

Downloaded TV shows and movies are available on the device that was used to download them and can be viewed from any profile in your account.

All downloads on a device are deleted when the Netflix app is uninstalled or reset, and when the app's data is cleared.
Clear the Netflix app data
These steps will remove any TV show or movie downloads saved on your device and sign you out of your Netflix account. Start from your device's home screen or apps list. Tap and hold the Netflix app, then tap App info. Tap Storage & cache > Clear storage > OK.
