Yes, you can convert Robux to real money through Roblox's official Developer Exchange (DevEx) program, but it's only for earned Robux (not purchased), requires meeting strict criteria like holding at least 30,000 earned Robux, being 13+, and having a good account standing, exchanging them at a set rate (currently around $0.0038 per Robux), and going through a verification process. It's a legal method for successful creators, but risky or scam-prone alternatives exist outside DevEx.

You cannot directly transfer Robux between accounts. Instead, log into the child's account and purchase Robux directly there, or give them a Roblox gift card to redeem.

Yes, 100,000 Robux is worth approximately $350 when redeemed by eligible developers through Roblox's Developer Exchange (DevEx) program, at a rate of about $0.0035 per Robux; however, players buying Robux directly get a worse rate, closer to $0.0125 per Robux for large packs, meaning $350 buys far fewer Robux for regular purchases.
At this time, there is not a way to get Robux back once you have made a purchase. This includes accidental purchases, as well as lost and unused items from Avatar Shop and Experiences.
There is no system in place to transfer items or Robux between your accounts.
Earning Robux:
