Being a man of many awe-inspiring talents, it's no question that Yoda was also an outstanding pilot. Naturally, he did not use his skill to fight. Even so, it's still an impressive feat nonetheless.
A modified Jedi starfighter was, at one point during the Clone Wars, stationed in one of the Jedi Temple's hangars. Around 20 BBY, Jedi Master Yoda used the starfighter to go on a series of missions to Dagobah, a mysterious planet inhabited by the Five Priestesses, and Korriban accompanied by the astromech droid R2-D2.

The species had a very long life expectancy, spanning at least several centuries; Yoda lived nearly a thousand years before dying of old age, and they aged very slowly, remaining in infancy for at least fifty standard years.
The second time Yoda mentions his long life is in Return of the Jedi, when he tells Luke, “When you reach 900 years old, you will not look as good as you will.” If we take Yoda at his word, that means the Jedi Master died at the ripe old age of 900.
At 900 years old, Yoda passed away, telling Luke that there was another Skywalker. Luke's faith in his father proved to be well placed. Anakin returned from the dark side to destroy the Emperor.
Yoda held the title of Grand Master of the Jedi Order since the days of the High Republic Era. At some point, Yoda took on a human named Kantam Sy as his Padawan. The two were stationed at the Jedi Temple on the planet Endovar.
Of course the boy had Anakin's old droid with him. Such cycles of fate no longer surprised the nine-hundred-year-old Jedi. So there you have it. Yoda and R2D2 knew each other and the galaxy is even a smaller world than we think.
Legend had it that Yoda—a Jedi who became Grand Master—was trained by N'Kata Del Gormo. A Force-sensitive Hysalrian, N'Kata Del Gormo was trained in the ways of the Force and achieved the rank of Master within the Jedi Order.

Qui-Gon explained that he had been tasked with guiding Yoda along this new path, teaching him to retain his consciousness after death and commune with the living. After Order 66 and the declaration of the First Galactic Empire, Yoda returned to Dagobah, living simply amid its many creatures.

Weakness: Arrogance
Yoda was one of the wisest Jedi to ever live with, but he also became arrogant, especially in the years leading up to the fall of the Jedi Order. After Darth Maul revealed himself to the Jedi in The Phantom Menace, Yoda became aware that the Sith were not extinct after all.
Fighting Emperor Palpatine
Though Yoda was able to keep his adversary on his toes, he was unable to end the conflict, and their duel ended with no clear victor.
Obi-Wan greets R2-D2 and later recalls “not owning a droid.” Obi-Wan purposely withheld information from Luke in order to keep Luke from straying away. This could offer an explanation as to why he appears to not know who R2-D2 is. Further in Empire Strikes Back, neither Yoda nor Darth Vader recognizes either droid.
Since Obi-Wan and Anakin often fought together, Obi-Wan was friends with R2-D2 as well. This means that although R2-D2 might not have immediately recognized Obi-Wan on Tatooine due to his age, Obi-Wan should have recognized the droid.
The short answer is that creator George Lucas had no idea Leia would end up becoming Darth Vader's daughter.
Mission to Mathas. Padawan Windu was trained in the ways of the Force by Jedi Master Cyslin Myr.
The character's name was later changed to be “Minch Yoda” in the first draft of The Empire Strikes Back screenplay by Leigh Brackett. The name was changed again to the shorter “Yoda.”

Since Season 1, it's pretty clear that Mando is the adoptive father of Baby Yoda.
Those who followed the light side of the Force and had the appropriate training could achieve a form of immortality by retaining their consciousness after their physical deaths. Qui-Gon Jinn rediscovered this ability and, in turn, taught Yoda and his apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi how to attain it.
In the Star Wars Legends continuity, the founders of the Jedi Order were Jedi Masters Cala Brin, Garon Jard, Rajivari, and Ters Sendon.
