Wanda's mind control abilities were among the first she demonstrated in the MCU, as she turned the Avengers' thoughts inside out during their initial encounter in Avengers: Age of Ultron. They have only grown since then, and while they're dwarfed by many of her other abilities, they remain a potent part of her arsenal.
She can mess with people's heads and induce fears/hallucinations in them. If she had mind control she's have used it in Civil War to confuse Team Iron Man and let Team Cap get away.
Wanda never had mind controlling powers or controlled anyone's mind in the movies. she is an enhanced superhuman who got her powers from mind stone. All she did was manipulating thier thoughts. If we have a look at her abilities,none of them include a full mind control.
Wanda Maximoff has never truly been defeated, only "losing" to the combined forces of Doctor Strange, Wong, and America Chavez after realizing the error in her ways. For a time, Wanda posed the greatest threat to the Multiverse, going on a violent rampage on Earth-838.

As her powers likely come at least in part from the Mind Stone inside of Loki's scepter, Wanda's abilities include telekinesis, energy manipulation, and some form of neuroelectric interfacing that allows her to both read thoughts and also give her targets waking nightmares.
Wanda Maximoff, a.k.a. Scarlet Witch (played by Elzabeth Olsen), has grown to be a powerful part of the Avengers. In fact, she is so strong that she can either rewrite reality or wipe out a whole army of evil bots.

There's little doubt that this is Wanda's greatest fear, as she's had to deal with it from the beginning of her time in the MCU. She couldn't deal with the prospect of being all alone when the events of Westview took place, projecting her fear into every person in the town.
Scarlet Witch Can Destroy the Avengers
Wanda is able to alter reality, so much so that she can even deceive Doctor Strange. Later in the film, while possessing the body of one of her multiversal variants, she annihilates some of the most powerful heroes in the Marvel Universe singlehandedly.
Chaos Magic: Wanda's main power is the superhuman ability to manipulate the powerful magic known as Chaos magic, a dark magic, which allows her to alter reality and control various forms of mystical energy.
Time Magic: Wanda Lehnsherr has proven to be capable of manipulating and controlling time. As a nexus being, Wanda also has the ability to alter the probabilities of cosmic timelines. She was able to stop and slow down time.
Along with hefty feats of transmutation, telekinesis and mind control, Wanda uses her powers to give birth to twins in a pretty unconventional way — by willing them into existence. Out of every character we currently know in the MCU, Wanda is the only one capable of changing the very fabric of reality.
1 Reed Richards
Throughout the character's history, he has been consistently cited as the most intelligent being in the Marvel Universe, justifying this affirmation time and again with his discoveries and innovations.

When it comes to the smartest Avenger, it has to be Iron-Man that is considered to be the most intelligent. While he and Bruce Banner are likely on a level when it comes to their scientific knowledge, the fact that he retains that when turning into Iron-Man just edges him above the big green guy.
The canon proves that Wanda Maximoff does become a villain several times, but she almost always finds her way back to the side of heroism. She awakens from a brainwashed state and decides to spend time in solitude after the events of Avengers Disassembled, but officially returns to the Avengers in Avengers vs.
Thor's immense strength, combat prowess, control over lightning, and enchanted hammer, Mjolnir, make him a formidable opponent against Scarlet Witch. In Avengers: Age of Ultron, he demonstrated his ability to resist her reality-warping powers and even physically overpower her.
However, as part of her efforts to convince Magneto to go through with her murder, Wanda explains she is now functionally immortal.
Wanda was still a formidable adversary, capable of tipping the scales in favor of Ultron (James Spader) or the Avengers, depending on who she was helping. Still, without her Chaos Magic from Marvel Comics, Wanda was not more powerful than Thor or Hulk.
Back when Wanda Maximoff was considered a mutant, she was never given a classification. However, after she was retconned to not be one, X-Man created the Age of X-Man where everyone is a mutant and Wanda is referenced as an Omega mutant.
Perception limitation. This is a weakness that stops Wanda from expanding her Hex without any limits. Her hex-casting has a range and it is limited by her line of sight. Moreover, her hex-casting ability is also very unpredictable.
