Sanemi's Wind-Breathing Is Too Similar To Akaza's Blood Demon Art. Although Sanemi Shinazugawa is arguably stronger than Iguro, he would've been a bad matchup against Akaza.
This would be effective against Akaza because the only people he refuses to eat are women, since that goes against his morals. Sanemi also has excellent control of his muscles, saving himself from fatal injuries by closing them up himself.
Muichiro can defeat Akaza easily with his petite body that leverages his speed. Moreover, his ability of Transparent World can aid him in landing a fatal blow on Akaza's weak spot.
Master Swordsman
He has repeatedly demonstrated his extraordinary combat skills and proficiency. Sanemi is one of the most powerful and skilled swordsmen in the Demon Slayer Corps; even Upper Rank 1 Kokushibo was impressed by Sanemi's skills and refined sword techniques.
After awakening his demon slayer mark, Giyu greatly overpowers Akaza. However, he is able to keep up with the fight only because of Tanjiro. If Giyu had soloed against Akaza, he would have died.
Without her last-ditch efforts, Tanjiro would have remained a demon and could have caused a ton of problems to the demon hunters around him. Despite all of these, Sanemi's raw power and speed are far higher compared to hers, which means that he can beat her with ease.

Sanemi is the most feared Hashira among the Demon Slayer Corps. Sanemi is one of only 4 Hashira who use a normal Nichirin Katana. The other 3 are Kyojuro Rengoku, Giyu Tomioka, and Muichiro Tokito.
Yoriichi defeated Muzan in an instant, but he had a question for him before eliminating him, which allowed Muzan to escape.
In conclusion, Nezuko cannot beat Akaza in Demon Slayer. In terms of power, physical abilities, regeneration rate and overall combat ability, Akaza is far superior compared to Nezuko.
1. Gyomei Himejima. Gyomei Himejima, the Stone Hashira, is the strongest Hashira in the Demon Slayer corps in terms of strength and swordsmanship. He is the only person who uses spiked flails and an axe instead of standard swords to kill demons.

He is the fastest Hashira, and the second physically strongest. Obviously, then, Tengen Uzui is rather proud. He is demanding, fussy, boastful, and prone to selfishness. But he is also ultimately kind and caring, with great love for his three wives as well as the other Hashira.

Akaza. Because of his desire to become stronger and Doma's strength allowing him to surpass himself to become Upper Two, Akaza harboured an intense hatred of Doma.
3) Sanemi Shinazugawa
After awakening his demon slayer mark, his agility and strength increased, and in conjunction with Gyomei, he decapitated the demon eventually. Doma would be a tough opponent of Sanemi however, with his ridiculous speed, he can turn the tides in a fight against him.
Sanemi is canonically faster than Giyuu, just like how Gyomei is canonically the strongest hashira.
1) Gyomei Himejima
He, along with Sanemi Shinazugawa were able to beat the Upper Moon 1, Kokushibo. The demon was in awe of Gyomei's physique and declared him to be the strongest Demon Slayer he had faced in 300 years.
Is this because Akaza was formerly the Upper Moon 2 and Doma stole his position by requesting a blood battle with him? Because Akaza has lived longer than Doma.
Sanemi can manipulate muscle tissue to close wounds, preventing bleeding out if hurt in battle. This is shown in the fight with Kokushibo when he was cut across the stomach.
