Against Shanks, even if Luffy possesses weaker Haki, the Devil Fruit abilities of the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika can make up for the deficit and see him emerge victorious. Currently, however, Shanks is likely stronger than Luffy, simply due to the fact that the plot demands that of him.
While Shanks' combat skills are seen very sparingly throughout One Piece, there's little to no doubt he's stronger than Luffy and could defeat the Supernova. As Luffy's role model, it wouldn't make sense to have him be stronger than Shanks at this point in the story.

When it comes to destructive power, Saitama can destroy giant spaceships, monsters, mountains, etc. with the bare minimum effort. Bearing in mind Saitama's feats, Luffy's Gear 5th stands absolutely zero chance against him.
Shanks is probably way above Zoro`s level. Of all the characters still alive in One Piece, Dracule Mihawk is undoubtedly the strongest swordsman in the world. After all, he holds the title. Shanks is easily among the strongest pirates in One Piece right now. He is among the Yonko, automatically making him one of the four strongest pirates alive. While he does not have a Devil Fruit ability, Shanks has an exceptionally strong Haki. A display of this was given to the fans during his fight against Kid.

midoriya is beyond weak compared to luffy and who luffy has fought and beaten. He wouldn't be able to hurt luffy he would just break his own bones and then take a light smack and be out for awhile. Midoriya is deku right? He would get stomped by luffy in his base form.
