If a serious error occurs with WhatsApp or you change your device, then you should delete WhatsApp and reinstall it. Under the options in the app, this is done in a few steps and is really simple. If you can't see someone else's last seen and online, profile photo, about, status, or read receipts, it might be due to one of the following: There's a temporary network issue. You or the user changed your privacy settings for last seen and online or profile photo. You and the user both need to resync your contacts.
If someone blocks you on WhatsApp, then you won't be able to see that contact's last seen or online status in the chat window. The messaging app will also not show you the individual's profile photo.
