There is no version of the Hulk who can fight and defeat a celestial.
One Above All, Eternity, Infinity, The Living Tribunal , technically Franklin Richards, and the Beyonders. Depending on the writing Galactus is more powerful as well. I'm sure I'm missing some but these are just off the top of my head.
