Absolutely, dogs do love attractive people. That is the reason why you don't see many fat people having dogs. Dogs love those beautiful curves and those strong jawlines and cheekbones.
In other words, dogs may notice our faces, and even the expressions on them, but they use all sorts of other information, such as body language and voice cues, to tell what we are up to. Humans, on the other hand, value most what they see on a face.
Animals don't understand the concept of “attractiveness” the way humans do. To our pets, if they can trust us, we are attractive to them. It's more about how they feel being around us, not what we look like.
Although the bases of this ability remain to be established, our observations suggest that dogs can categorize human gender in both visual/olfactory and auditory modalities.
Dogs can't get sexually attracted to humans because the two are biologically incompatible. Sexual attraction is different for dogs and they aren't lured by beauty, behavior, or other social cues. Instead, dogs are only aroused by Methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, a pheromone released by female dogs in heat.

Answer: It highly depends on the individual case. Compared with the untrained dogs, trained dogs tend to protect their owners if attacked. Temperament. Generally female dogs tend to be a little more independent than males dogs and mostly aren't so demanding of attention. They love a big cuddle as much as any male dog, but they tend to take themselves away when they want a bit of down time.
Act like the alpha of the back and show him who is boss. Look him/her in the eye: When you give a command, look straight at your pet.
