From these data, it can be concluded that eye size is strongly related to facial attractiveness, but the relationship between them is not absolute. Not all faces with high attractiveness scores have large eyes, but small eyes with the appropriate eyebrow shape can also make face increasingly attractive.
If your eyes are wide horizontally, they are considered to be more attractive. This is true of men and women and all facial types. This width is known as the palpebral fissure length, and the longer it is, the more attractive your eyes become.
Big eyes have long been associated with attractiveness, says Hartley and his research indicated the same. The computer models predicted that people with smaller eyes were ranked as less attractive, but the researchers looked at the faces holistically and found that wasn't always the case.
According to the research, the reason for this attraction is that men think that larger eyes (along with fuller lips, bigger breasts and smaller chins) are a sign of higher levels of oestrogen.

Small eyes
They have a special ability to focus on the task at hand and complete it on schedule. They will acquire expertise and excellence in the field of choice. Another trait is their intelligence that helps them foresee matters.
The results show that stimuli with large eyes were perceived to be cuter than both unmanipulated eyes and small eyes across all facial expressions and age groups.
Compare your eyes with your nose and mouth size to figure out your eye size. Eyes that are "average" in size are similar to that of your mouth or nose, if not a little smaller. If your eyes are significantly smaller, though, you have small eyes. If they are larger than your other features, you have large eyes.
Microphthalmia. A small eye could also be a sign of congenital defect which results in an abnormally small eye or eyes. The cause of this condition is unknown. This condition typically results in reduced vision or blindness, but normal vision is still able if the eyes are almost normal in size.
'While big eyes can certainly look beautiful, the fact is that if your eyes are slightly too big, this will cause you to suffer short sight. If the eyeball is too big, the light focused by the lens of the eye does not reach the back the retina, where images are processed.
Symmetry: people whose faces are more symmetrical are generally considered more attractive. Averageness: faces that resemble others in the population tend to appear more attractive. Apparent health: people who look healthy, because of their skin and overall appearance are considered to have more attractive faces.
The structure of the eye orbits, otherwise known as the bones around your eye, are directly linked to the attractiveness of your eyes. An orbiture with a bigger height and width is seen as more attractive than a smaller or thinner one.

The Rarest Eye Shape
Almond, monolid, downturned, hooded—the list goes on. But the rarest one is up for debate. Beauty is subjective, and opinions can vary drastically. Some people in North America might consider the monolid shape rare, but this is a common sight in East Asia.
Microphthalmos (see Figs. 2.10–2.12) is a congenital condition in which the affected eye is smaller than normal at birth (<15 mm in greatest diameter; normal eye at birth varies between 16 and 19 mm).
Almond: shaped like the beautiful nuts, they turn up slightly at the outside corners and are the most common eye shape.
While the axis of an adult human eye has an average length of about 23.8 mm (0.94 in), a diagnosis of microphthalmia generally corresponds to an axial length below 21 mm (0.83 in) in adults.
Doe-eyed. Doe-eyed is defined as someone who has an innocent, wide-eyed look. A naive girl with big eyes who looks at you for answers is an example of someone who is doe-eyed. Source. Note: this is diffeeent from bambi-eyes, which is an expression someone makes when they want to get their way.
Big, round eyes with double eyelids are considered beautiful, whereas monolids are often seen as unattractive. On the contrary, the West prefers sloped, almond-shaped eyes that make them appear more sultry and sexy.
Microphthalmia is when one or both of a baby's eyes are small. Both conditions are rare, and can cause vision loss or blindness.
East Asians and various other groups have distinctive small eyes. The “epicanthic fold,” the bit of skin on the upper lid near the inner corner of the eye, is behind this characteristic. The eyes were evolutionarily useful to handle the environmental conditions of their ancestors.
