You're the silent type
You'll find plenty of misconceptions about quiet people, e.g. being labeled as introverts, socially awkward and so on. This isn't necessarily true, and while not all quiet people are necessarily smart, highly intelligent people will often refrain from speaking if they are accessing a situation.
Quiet people don't blabber; they listen.
The smartest people are the ones who are quietly listening and absorbing everything that is being said around them. These people have the most knowledge because they're processing words instead of speaking them.
Quiet people are more likely to be thoughtful and sensitive, but they're also less likely to get angry or frustrated quickly. They may have trouble expressing their emotions at first because they're not used to showing them in public or in front of other people.
Quiet people are too preoccupied with their thoughts to speak. The people who are the quietest are those who are within their heads. They have a habit of overthinking everything. They may want to start a discussion, but they're too preoccupied with the conversation's potential outcomes to do so.
They're Incredibly Self-Aware
Another reason why people with a silent nature are successful is their amazing sense of well, self-awareness. You can guarantee that they are perfectly aware of their shortcomings, their talents, and what they're capable of.
Quiet people have power because they are willing to spend more time and energy on self-reflection, which helps to know oneself, practice self, stimulate potential, and improve self-personality.
People are intimidated by the silence.

Being an introvert can be extremely attractive to some people. Introversion can seem mysterious and intriguing, especially if it pairs with qualities such as kindness or being a caring person. If you are an introvert, someone may be attracted to the fact that you appear humble and down to earth.
Humility is sometimes referred to as the quiet virtue or the quiet strength. Rightfully so, as humility involves thinking less of ourselves and the noisy internal “ego” in our head and quietly focusing on others.
Introverts Are Loyal
Because every social and romantic relationship is a higher energy investment for introverts, they tend to be extremely loyal and appreciate loyalty in return. Because of their investment, they might see the loss of a relationship or it being in turmoil as more of a threat than you do.
Silence can be a very powerful way to “be” with another person, especially when they are troubled. It can communicate acceptance of the other person as they are as of a given moment, and particularly when they have strong feelings like sorrow, fear or anger.
Many deep thinkers are reserved, quiet and introverted. They're more likely to spend time in their head than out there socializing with others.
A strong and silent type is generally thought of as someone who projects a real sense of self-confidence and assurance, without coming across as arrogant or dismissive of others. Self-confidence is about knowing yourself and trusting yourself to rise to challenges and deal with difficult situations.

Sometimes being quiet and introverted is a sign that someone has a naturally shy personality. But that's not always the case. Being quiet is not always the same as being shy.
Being quiet and gentle doesn't mean you're weak. Such people show deep, inner strength that's under control. It's knowing when to speak and when to listen; when to take action and when to wait.
Deep Thinking
By nature, quiet people have loud minds because they have deep thoughts. While many scratch the surface of a comment or tone, quiet people dig in a little more. They go to the bottom layers to see what more is there. As you can imagine, this takes more time — which is why they're quieter.
Silence rarely means that things are going well. It's more likely that people are holding back, fearing that their honesty will have them on the wrong side of their boss. Some leaders even choose to play nice and stay silent to avoid difficult conversations with their people.
