People with OCD aren't inherently aggressive, but they often experience intense anger, frustration, and even aggressive thoughts (obsessions) about harming others, which they desperately try to prevent, leading to distress and outward irritability, especially when misunderstood or overwhelmed by their compulsions, but this anger is usually directed inward or manifests as irritability, not typically violence.
