In Breath of the Wild, Lynels are a strong and intelligent type of Monster that has resided in Hyrule since ancient times. They come in five different variations: the standard red-maned Lynels, Blue-Maned Lynels, White-Maned Lynels, Silver Lynels, and the Master Mode exclusive Golden Lynels.

Do Lynels have more health than Ganon? Not at all. With all Divine Beats completed, Ganon only has 4000hp, whilst golden and silver lynels have 7500hp and 6000hp respectively. (Ganon actually has 8000hp but it is reduced by 1000hp for each completed Divine Beast).

Silver-Maned Lynels have 5000 HP, making them even more tough than White-Maned Lynels. 18 of the 22 Lynels in the game will eventually evolve into Silver Lynels. They have the same move set as other Lynels, although its attacks do considerably more damage.
5 Red-Maned Lynels
The weakest Lynel type scattered across Hyrule, the Red-Maned Lynel is still no laughing matter. Any player who finds even a Red-Maned Lynel before stocking up on good weapons and armor is in for a nasty surprise.
This is because they don't start appearing until the world has been scaled up significantly. If you're still seeing Red, Blue, or White Lynels, keep defeating various enemies to advance the invisible scaling system in TotK. Eventually, you'll start seeing Silver Lynels in all the same places.

It is said they are actually Silver Lynels who mysteriously transformed after being struck by lightning. If you see one, get away as fast as you can." Golden Lynels are found exclusively in Master Mode, and have more health than their silver counterparts (7500 HP).
The two most common weak points are the Lynel's head and legs. Shooting the Lynel in the head with an arrow or attacking its legs will stun it, which gives you the perfect opportunity to attack the Lynel's body. Remember, a Lynel is a tough enemy and it may take a while to defeat it – don't give up.
All Lynels are also impervious to elemental damage, and are not stunned by normal electrical attacks, but will usually stop at their tracks if there's fire in their path.
You'll be able to get in a few attacks before they buck you off. White-Maned Lynels take very little elemental damage, so you'll have to rely on physical attacks to take one down.
Black Lynels appear only in the Treacherous Tower in A Link Between Worlds, on the 49th floor of the Advanced level. They have the same amount of health and deal the same damage as regular Lynels, but have the ability to spit single fireballs in addition to breathing streams of fire.
Their ability to breathe fire makes White-Maned Lynels among the toughest of the species; each one of their attacks is an invitation to the grave. There are so few eyewitness accounts of this breed because a White-Maned Lynel is not one to let even simple passersby escape with their lives."

Curiously, there aren't any Silver Hinox in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, nor are there different tiers of Stalnox, the skeletal version. The strategy to kill a Hinox is almost the same as the Stalnox – for both bosses, fire an arrow at its eye, then attack while it is stunned.
Red Lynels (HCN 147) are your basic Lynel. Blue-Maned Lynels (HCN 148) are one step up from Red. White-Maned Lynels (HCN 149) are even more difficult to beat and fairly rare. Silver Lynels (HCN 150) are the most difficult to defeat and the rarest.
Compared to the standard Lynel, those with blue manes are much tougher, with much sharper horns. Facing off against a Lynel is ill-advised, but if you must, be sure you're very well prepared."
But as a reward for killing them, you will only receive Lynel Guts, Lynel Saber Horns, and Lynel Mace Horns. If you want more valuable loot like Lynel Guts, look for the rarer and stronger Blue-Maned and White-Maned Lynels. To find these Lynels in the Hyrule Surface area, walk around the outskirts of the game world.
Are Lynels harder than divine beasts? Lynel become easier with technique, hearts and armor and the divine beasts were designed to beat before you go exploring too much and fight lynels. In my opinion getting the rewards from divine beasts helps you combat lynels more effectively.
There are 23 Lynels in Breath of the Wild, and they scale up in difficulty as you defeat monsters. When you've defeated enough other enemies, 19 of the 23 Lynels will become Gold in Master Mode.
1 Savage Lynel Bow
Firing 3 arrows at once, the bow's normal damage output of 32 is tripled, which in combination with its additional stopping power, makes it one of the deadliest weapons in Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom.
