The Eternals may all have varying levels of power, but their strength as a squad is almost unmatched. Their immortality also gives them a huge advantage in battle, as it would take so much more force to take them down than would be necessary to subdue an Avenger.
With all their powers combined, and without his Infinity Gauntlet, the Eternals might have the upper hand on Thanos. However, it does not seem likely that any one of them could stand a chance on their own against the Mad Titan.

Ultimately, Superman would emerge victorious, but only by a narrow margin. Ikaris would put up a valiant fight and show why he is one of the most powerful beings in the universe, but in the end, the Man of Tomorrow's combination of strength, speed, and range of abilities would prove too much for him to overcome.
6 Ikaris Might Be The Strongest Eternal In The MCU
Ikaris' power set is nearly the equivalent of DC's Superman. The energy projected from his eyes alone is enough to dispense with several of the Avengers.
Centuries later, Thor used the axe to kill Exitar, a Celestial that had been lured to Earth by the Apocalypse Twins, by cutting open his neck (in Uncanny Avengers #21, by Rick Remender, Daniel Acuña, and Dean White).

Thor is repeatedly vanquished by the 5 new Phoenix hosts over the course of 12 issues: Colossus, Namor, Cyclops, Magik, and Emma Frost. Colossus even manages to knock Mjolnir out of Thor's hands at one point, demonstrating the strength of Phoenix and why it should not be trifled with.
