Dyspo and Beerus are from the same race. To this day the race is unkown and the only known members in canon are Beerus his twin brother Champa and of course Dyspo.
Though their resemblance is mentioned offhand by Champa, there's no indication from any official source that the two are of the same or of a related species or race. No they're not.
While it is true that both are based on different animals, Beerus being a cat-like humanoid and Dyspo a rabbit, the difference is not clear enough to completely distance them from each other. Not only do they share the exact same purple skin tone, but they also have similar facial features.
The unnamed race of God of Destruction Beerus are a species of purple feline humanoids that inhabit the universes. In Battle of Gods, Oolong refers to Beerus as a "Catman". In Dragon Ball Fusions, they are considered part of the Offworlder race.
Dyspo heavily resembles Beerus, though they share no relation. He has rabbit-like front teeth, unlike Beerus' more pointed, catlike teeth and also seems to lack a tail. He wears a red and black form-fitting suit and tall white boots, like the rest of his Pride Trooper teammates.
Monaka was initially described as being a hero of his home world planet, Wagashi. At some point in his past, he was said to have fought against the God of Destruction Beerus. He managed to cause Beerus trouble, which makes him later claim Monaka as the strongest fighter he's ever faced.
Beerus complimented Cheelai on her looks, calling her “cute.” He then allowed Lemo and Cheelai to stay on his planet for as long as they wanted. His interest in Cheelai was evident from the way his tail moved.
Despite being faster, Dyspo was unable to properly damage Frieza. Even with all that speed and hype, the Pride Trooper was unable to overpower the classic villain.

Only a fighter could analyse and observe high speed combats. Zeno is basically a kid with destructive powers. Hence he can't observe high speed combats.
Considering Goku and Vegeta are so fast they're comparable to standard speedsters, and Dyspo is a speedster compared to them. Dyspo should still likely be faster unless it's someone with limitless speed.
Yes Dyspo is clearly a rabbit his lack of tail and his teeth are clearly indicating he is a rabbit, but his similarities with Beerus are still strong(eyes,skin color,.....).
Beerus also has incredible control over Hakai. He can use it on characters immortal characters such as Zamasu and completely erase their existence. However, this technique can be resisted.
Despite being a cat, Beerus has no fur. This is because his design is based on a specific breed of cats. Not only are they hairless, but they also tend to have webbed feet. Personality-wise, Beerus was modeled after creator Akira Toriyama's Cornish Rex, but his physical design is based on the similar-looking Sphynx.
Beerus and Champa's Father, King Everclear. He was formerly the King of Beerus and Champa's home planet, Eno. He was a close friend to the former God of Destruction, Spyritus, a God who, for greed, managed to kill both the Universe 6 and 7′s gods of destruction, in order to gather the two universes in one.
While he has no real love for his family, he is proud of his clan and respected his father during his lifetime, as he took his father's warning about never opposing either Beerus or Majin Buu seriously.

Majin Buu and Lord Beerus are the Only Two Fighters Frieza Fears, but Maybe Not Anymore. Lord Beerus is a Destroyer God who has the power to eliminate planets without breaking a sweat and can even collapse the entire universe if he's fighting at full strength.

Beerus was afraid Beerus would cause Xeno to destroy his universe, not of Jiren himself. He was scared Goku would lose.
However, Beerus is extremely terrified of Zeno, in a manner very similar to how the Kais and other gods are scared of Beerus himself. He has a fearful respect of the Omni-King(s), to the point where he will headbutt through his own table to bow to him.
Vegeta has seemingly been queued up to be Lord Beerus' replacement as the new God of Destruction, but Beerus' real successor is actually Lord Frieza.
