Dry, brittle hair could possibly have broken during your wax. Reduce this from happening by exfoliating (a couple to few times a week) and moisturizing (daily) between wax appointments.
Exfoliate and Moisturize
The key to keeping your wax fresh is proper skin care. Let's be honest, everyone loves a good moisturizer. Routinely moisturizing your skin with an oil-free lotion or hydrating cream will help your skin feel smooth and look healthy between waxes.
Each person is different, which means that it will take longer for some clients to regulate their hair regrowth cycle. In the meantime, it's normal to get mild stubble or new hairs growing days after a wax, but leaving these hairs alone until the next wax appointment is always the best choice.
What's the bottom line? Waxing should last anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks, depending on your personal hair growth, the location of your wax, and the accuracy of the application.
And since your hair is at various phases in the growth cycle, your initial wax may not remove some hairs that are in the anagen stage. These hairs will make their presence known when they're good and ready, aka, maybe a day or so after your wax.
Many people develop folliculitis — a bumpy, pimple-like rash — after hair removal. It's usually caused by inflammation. Inflammation typically goes away on its own without treatment. If you have white or fluid-bumps that last more than a few days, your folliculitis may be the result of a mild infection.
If you experience stubble in a few days after your appointment it is most likely hairs that were not waxed, but tiny hairs that were under the surface coming through. Generally, clients start to see minor outgrowth at about two weeks.

Don'ts For Brazilian Wax
Apply lotion right before the waxing treatment. Trim hair too short (hair length should be 1/4-inch). Let the hair grow too long, causing an increase in the pain. Take alcohol (and other stimulants such as caffeine) prior to waxing, stimulants tighten the pores.
