Heracles is a strange warrior that used to reside in the Greenstone forest in the Boin Archipelago. He trained Usopp in the use of Pop Greens for two years.
Spending his two years at the Boin Archipelago was the sniper of the crew, Usopp. Under the tutelage of Heracles, Usopp was able to gain a lot of physical strength necessary to survive in a place as difficult as the archipelago. Usopp also managed to study the pop green there and use them with his sniping arsenal.
Rayleigh then said that he was going to teach Nami how to operate a coated ship. She was pleasantly surprised when she heard from Rayleigh that Luffy was already at the archipelago. After the ship arrived at Grove 42, Brook soon boarded the ship. Brook then asked Nami if he could see her panties again after two years.
After being rescued by the members of the Revolutionary Army, Robin was taken to Baltigo, where she spent two years training to get stronger. She is one of the very few people in the world who know where Baltigo is.
By training with the people of Momoiro Island, Sanji was able to tap into the skill of Armament Haki at some point during the timeskip. Unlike Luffy and Zoro, he didn't need to have this skill drilled into him. In fact, Sanji had no teacher during the timeskip.
In fact, Nami has already demonstrated abilities similar to Haki. During the Alabasta Saga, she has shown the ability to tell even the slightest of changes in weather which, according to Vivi, is beyond human comprehension.
Roronoa Zoro learned how to imbue his swords with Armament Haki during the two-year timeskip when he trained under Mihawk. Thanks to his guidance, Zoro has become incredibly good at this skill.
Haredas agreed to teach Nami about the weather of the New World, but scolded Nami for commenting on using the Weather Ball as a weapon, which could be disastrous to the world.
Franky - Upgrading Himself With Vegapunk's Technology
Franky spent the time skip on Karakuri Island, a technologically-advanced island that was the birthplace of Dr. Vegapunk, the world's greatest scientist.
Shimotsuki Koushirou is a master swordsman and was a distant relative as well as the teacher of Roronoa Zoro. He is also the father of the late Shimotsuki Kuina and son of Shimotsuki Kozaburo.

In the Post-War arc, one of the Five Elders stated that "D." means danger. After the timeskip, Law mentioned the Will of D. once more when Doflamingo asked him why he had so much faith in Luffy.
Usopp does, however, rely on his speed when running away from his enemies, which he does quite often. As a result, he is likely to be slightly faster than the likes of Franky and Nico Robin. Despite that, he's still among the slowest people on the Straw Hat crew.
In the manga, it showed he lost it by throwing the little blade of Mihawk, like he did for the cursed sword, but he wasn't ready for even the tiny little knife and he loses his eye.
This was an emotional trainwreck. Nico Robin joined the Straw Hats after Luffy saved her life. She stayed with the crew until after the events of the Water Seven arc, when she was found out by the CP-9 and coerced to turn herself in to help the World Government read the Poneglyphs.
Yamata is going to become the 11th member of the Straw Hat pirates soon. We thought she will become one by the end of the Wano arc, but unfortunately, she stayed to help Momonosuke and the others raise Wano back to glory again. But Yamato is confirmed to be the unofficial 11th member of the Straw Hat pirates.

As the series progressed, Nami developed feelings for Luffy. There may not be a proper romance between them, but it's evident that she cares about him more than anyone else in the crew.
Luffy and Zoro rank first and second respectively, as usual. However, Sanji, who always has the third-highest bounty in the crew, loses his position to Jinbe.

Furiko married Roronoa Pinzoro (a guy from the village they settled in) and gave birth to Roronoa Arashi (Father of Zoro). Later on, Arashi went on to marry a girl named Terra (mother of Zoro and the daughter of a criminal), and thus, our beloved Roronoa Zoro was born into this world.
Mihawk's strength is so great that Don Krieg accuses him of having the power of a Devil Fruit. While it has not yet been officially confirmed that he does not, it has only been indicated that his abilities are from pure skill and power.
