The little girl seen with Muzan in Demon Slayer isn't a main character but part of his human disguise; she's his "wife" Rei's daughter (Muzan's stepdaughter, not biological) from a previous marriage, whom he uses as a cover while posing as a family man to evade Demon Slayers and gather information, and this family unit is essentially a facade he abandons for new identities, with their ultimate fate unclear but likely grim, according to fan discussions and wiki lore.
Shiko Kibutsuji (鬼舞辻 死子, Kibutsuji Shiko?) is Muzan Kibutsuji and Enmu Kibutsuji's eldest daughter and the youngest of their two children. She is currently their only biological child.
This cute little human whom Muzan probably sees as little more than a meat shield for his identity. I don't think we ever got a name for her, but her mother's name is Rei, and I highly doubt Muzan is her birth father even though he may be the only father this little girl has ever known.
Hoshiko Kibutsuji. The first female demon [of a different orgin], and the younger sister to Muzan Kibutsuji. She loves her brother and was the one who had attacked that man who wore the hanafuda earrings.
Also the reason why Nezuko was already so powerful is because Muzan injected tons of blood in her body and the others in hopes of creating a demon that could conquer the sun.
Anne was a kind and loving soul and was described as the only person that Muzan had truly loved, besides his three daughters. Though, she had a bit of a temper which flared when she became annoyed (which passed onto all three of her children); she deeply loved them and only wanted in life for them.
Nezuko is born to Tanjuro Kamado and Kie Kamado up on a mountain alongside her older brother, Tanjiro, and the rest of her siblings and as the eldest daughter of the Kamado family. Unlike Tanjiro, who was responsible for selling firewood in town, Nezuko would usually help out around the family home.
The only canonically LGBTQ+ character in Demon Slayer is Suma, one of Tengen Uzui's wives, who is confirmed to be bisexual and polyamorous in the series' databooks, showing affection for both men and women, including Tengen and her fellow wives, Makio and Hinatsuru. While other characters like Mitsuri are speculated to be queer, Suma is the sole officially confirmed character, with her relationship dynamic highlighting both bisexuality and polyamory within the Demon Slayer Corps.
He is a demon slayer of the demon slayer. — giyu tomioka's sister, tsutako, was killed by a demon just a day before she got married and started her new life. However, she decided to save giyu's life and sacrifice hers.
Tanjiro Kamado
His kisses are usually placed on your lips and forehead. Because he is young and inexperienced, he's still not down for french kissing and whatnot. He also likes tightly hugging your waist and pulling you closer to him when you kiss.
At the end of Season 2, Episode 12, there's a short scene that explains why Tengen has three wives, a trio of kunoichi named Makio, Suma, and Hinatsuru. Tanjiro tells the audience that Tengen's family practices polygamy, the custom of having more than one spouse at a time.
Giyu is a man of strong equanimity, always wearing a calm and stern expression on his face. Having a stoic personality, and possessing a very strong sense of justice and responsibility, he had no tolerance towards those who don't know their own limitations and throw away their lives.
He caused five of his wives during the Heian period to commit suicide via verbal abuse.
Nakime, Daki, Mukago, and Ubume are the only known members of the Twelve Kizuki who are female. Gyutaro and Daki are the only members who are biologically related to each other, as they are brother and sister. Kokushibo and Kaigaku are the only members who were formerly Demon Slayers.
In Chapter 205, we see Obanai and Mitsuri reincarnated and married, as they promised before they died, and they are running a restaurant together. In the volume extras it is revealed that they have five kids.
While many Hashira died in the fight, some survived: Giyu Tomioka, the Water Hashira, and Sanemi Shinazugawa, the Wind Hashira, both survive the final fight, carrying on the memory of their fallen comrades. Tanjiro also survives, and after the war, the Demon Slayer Corps disbands because demons are gone for good.
It depends on which Shinobu you mean, as several anime characters share the name; Shinobu Takatsuki from Junjou Romantica is explicitly gay, while Shinobu Kocho from Demon Slayer is generally considered straight or maybe bisexual by fans (headcanon), but there's no official confirmation for her, with fans shipping her romantically with Giyuu or Mitsuri.
Inosuke Hashibira
He typically wears the head of his deceased boar mother as a mask. Despite his brutish exterior, he is a highly capable combatant. He eventually becomes a close ally to Tanjiro and his companions. Following the disbandment of the Demon Slayer Corps, he marries Aoi Kanzaki.
He coldly insulted Mitsuri by telling her that only a bear, boar or cow would marry her, before leaving while telling her to forget they ever met. While this was maybe somewhat understandable, his harsh insults were completely unnecessarily.
Megumi Fushiguro from Jujutsu Kaisen is widely interpreted by fans as being pansexual, due to his stated preference for a partner with a strong moral compass rather than a specific gender or physical trait, suggesting attraction to people regardless of gender, though the manga doesn't explicitly label him. While some interpret his romantic feelings for Yuji as pansexuality in action, he hasn't had explicit romantic storylines yet, but his broad criteria point towards being non-gender-specific in his attractions.
LGBTQIA+ travelers are unlikely to encounter violence, outright hostility or overt discrimination in Japan. However, conservative values about LGBTQIA+ sexuality and non-binary gender expression are common, particularly outside large cities.
