Charity Burbage floats helplessly above a dinner table, as if paralysed. She begs Snape to help her. Voldemort point his wand at her, and a green light erupts out of its end. The light hits Charity, and she falls down on to the table dead, her eyes open and her face splattered with droplets of blood.

Charity Burbage is muggle studies professor in Hogwarts. In the movies she makes an appearance quite late, in the first part of the deathly hallows, when Voldemort has kidnapped her and murders her in front of everybody because she advocated for wizard-muggle equality and friendship.

If he saved Charity he would not have been able to seek Harry out during the last year. He would not have been there to protect Hogwarts.

The biggest revelation in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child was that Lord Voldemort had a daughter with Bellatrix Lestrange, who was named Delphini.
Delphi was conceived from a liaison between Voldemort and Bellatrix. She was born at Malfoy Manor, shortly before the 1998 Battle of Hogwarts. As Bellatrix and Voldemort were both killed in the Battle and Bellatrix's husband Rodolphus was imprisoned at Azkaban, Delphi was raised by Euphemia Rowle, a Death Eater.

Nonetheless, despite her initially benevolent nature, Nagini's blood curse eventually turned her into a snake permanently. Though it is unknown if she became evil as a result of that, or was turned evil as a result of Voldemort turning her into a Horcrux. As a snake, Nagini was completely loyal to Lord Voldemort.
Voldemort's ability to speak Parseltongue may then be the reason she befriends him, since being trapped in snake form would isolate her from communicating with other people. Perhaps she even helps him open the Chamber of Secrets and summon the basilisk.

Nagini seemed integral to Lord Voldemort's survival before he could be restored to his body, and we learnt, quite grotesquely, that Voldemort even tasked Wormtail to 'milk' Nagini so he could live off her venom to keep his strength up. BFFs forever.
Neville Professor Snape Neville fears Professor Snape who treats him rudely with sarcastic comments. Neville seems afraid of this harsh treatment that makes him feel inferior constantly. Parvati Blood-stained, bandaged mummy Parvati is afraid of something that is scary to her, possibly because it can harm her.
He was cruel to many students, but especially toward Neville Longbottom. It was no fault of Neville's but was instead because of Snape's love for Lily. Neville was almost the Chosen One, and the fact that he wasn't broke Snape's heart to look at him, which caused Snape to lash out cruelly at an innocent child.
Because Minerva was his friend and they were fighting on the same side (even though she didn't know). So, even when Minerva was duelling to kill, he wasn't, and if he had kept on fighting he might have been forced to hurt her. He deflected every attack quite easily, even when Flitwick joined the fight.
