The Hito Hito no Mi was eaten by none other than a doctor of the Straw Hat Pirates, Chopper. This Devil Fruit is incredibly useful for the reindeer as it gives him the powers of a human.
The Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika was first revealed to the fans in the very first chapter of the story. Luffy ate the fruit thinking it was dessert and gained the power of rubber ever since. The fruit was actually in possession of Shanks and according to his crew, they stole it from an enemy ship.
The Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows its user to transform into a Daibutsu (a giant gold Buddha) at will. It was eaten by Sengoku, the former fleet admiral of the Marines.

Evidently, the Gomu Gomu no Mi carried tremendous potential. Once awakened, it will make Luffy much stronger than he is currently, regardless of whether the fruit's awakening is special or just the standard Devil Fruit awakening that fans are used to seeing.
9/10 Weakest: Hito Hito no Mi
This Devil Fruit grants him the abilities of a human, and although they're useful for him, a reindeer, they'd be useless for a regular human.
The Mizu Mizu no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to become, create, and control water. This turns the user into a Stupid Person (Baka Ningen). "Mizu" is the japanese word for "water".
The devil fruit is said to have the highest offensive among all the Logia-type devil fruits.
