Soldier Boy's main weaknesses are extreme physical trauma from beings of comparable or greater strength, powerful nerve agents like Novichok, and his own PTSD triggered by specific Russian music, which causes him to lose control and unleash dangerous, uncontrolled energy blasts, despite his near-invulnerability. While highly durable, he can be harmed by immense force (like Homelander's) or specific toxins, and his trauma makes him unstable.
