Proverbs 6:16–19 lists seven things which are also abominations: "haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and one who spreads strife among brothers."

abom·i·na·tion ə-ˌbäm-ə-ˈnā-shən. 1. : something detestable. 2. : extreme disgust and hatred : loathing.
Shekez or sheketz (detestable or loathsome) is the middle level or kind of abomination. It includes the sins of idolatry and eating unclean animals. Oftentimes in the Bible shekez is used interchangeably with toebah.
That which is highly esteemed among men is an abomination in the sight of God. “He said to them, “You are the ones who justify yourselves in the eyes of men, but God knows your hearts. What is highly valued among men is detestable in God's sight,” (Lk16: 15).

God will have nothing to do with evil, and He will not hear an evil man's prayers. Fortunately, as Peter tells us, “God is not willing that any should perish” (2 Peter 3:9). So, even in the 11th hour of life, a person can be saved and become a child of God. But he must be sincere.
Thus strictly speaking, if “sinner” means anyone who has sinned, then God does not hear the prayers of anyone. However, the term “alien sinner” has been applied to those who have never become one of God's children (Eph. 2:12).

The unpardonable sin is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Blasphemy includes ridicule and attributing the works of the Holy Spirit to the devil.
However, “It is the heart that underlies the seven vices which are an abomination to God; and it occupies the central position here,” because it is the fountain from which all evil flows” (James Burton Coffman, Commentary on Proverbs).
Putting all that together, we find that haughty eyes are the kind of eyes that look down at other people, as if the one looking down is “higher up” than others. At the heart of this again is the problem of comparing—we don't just look down, we look down at other people as if they are lower or lesser than we are.
I believe that God can forgive all sins provided the sinner is truly contrite and has repented for his or her offenses. Here's my list of unforgivable sins: ÇMurder, torture and abuse of any human being, but particularly the murder, torture and abuse of children and animals.

You may have felt like your sins are too serious or that you have made the same mistake too many times. But no matter how much we have sinned, we can always repent and be forgiven. Some sins may be easier to correct than others, but Jesus Christ has provided for total forgiveness from all sins. He is eager to forgive.
But in the ancient Middle East, the writers of the Hebrew Bible forbade tattooing. Per Leviticus 19:28, “You shall not make gashes in your flesh for the dead, or incise any marks on yourselves.” Historically, scholars have often understood this as a warning against pagan practices of mourning.
