Babies should not have honey (under 1 year), cow's milk as a main drink (under 1 year), salt, sugar, fruit juice, choking hazards (whole nuts, popcorn, grapes, hot dogs), unpasteurized foods, raw eggs, certain fish (high mercury), and highly processed foods; these foods pose risks like botulism, choking, kidney strain, poor nutrition, and unhealthy habits. Focus on breast milk/formula and gradual introduction of safe solids, avoiding added salt/sugar.
They recommend that parents hold crying infants and walk with them for 5 min, followed by sitting and holding infants for another 5-8 min before putting them to bed.
Raw and lightly cooked eggs
Babies can have eggs from around 6 months. If the eggs are hens' eggs and they have a red lion stamped on them, or you see a red lion with the words "British Lion Quality" on the box, it's fine for your baby to have them raw (for example, in homemade mayonnaise) or lightly cooked.

There's no evidence to show any benefit to introducing food before 6 months. That being said my bub was desperate to try food around 4-5months so I let her lick things here and there. But you want to know baby is ready - sitting up, can lift food to their mouth themselves and showing interest etc.
When can babies have banana? Bananas may be introduced as soon as a baby is ready to start solids, which is generally around 6 months of age.

Do not give your baby:
The first three months with your baby often seem the hardest. Sleep-deprived parents can feel overwhelmed, but that is normal and you will quickly learn how to read your baby's cues and personality. Don't worry about “spoiling” your baby at this stage.

100% porridge oats are a great breakfast option for babies as they don't contain added sugar or salt. Weetabix contains a little salt but has the benefit of being fortified with lots of nutrients. Ultimately keep it varied in what you offer! Think porridge, pancakes and toast too!
What foods to introduce first
Silent aspiration refers to swallowing food or liquids into the respiratory system without any obvious symptoms of coughing or a wet voice. It is a condition most common among patients with swallowing difficulties. The disorder is capable of affecting anyone of any age or gender.
Note that because whole grapes are a choking hazard, most health advisory bodies do not recommend offering them until age four.
Raw baby carrots pose a high choking risk because of their shape and firm texture. Like regular carrots, cooking baby carrots until soft minimizes the risk for babies and young toddlers. To minimize the risk further, slice lengthwise in halves or quarters.
