So what happens if you get pregnant in the military? You're issued a special uniform, you get up to 12 weeks of maternity leave depending on your branch, and your secondary caregiver (often a partner) will receive time off, too.

In the past, the exemption from shaving on the religious reasons or on the grounds of "free will" lasted for the duration of the soldier's entire service. However, as of 2020, the exemption from shaving has to be renewed every year, and the exemption also expires if the soldier shaves willingly.
Military family emergency leave is available for family emergencies. However, the Department of Defense does not consider giving birth to be an emergency unless your life or the life of the baby is suddenly in danger.
Being a dual-military couple is one of the few instances where a military member has the chance to deploy with their spouse. With the Married Army Couples Program, which helps place married service members in proximal units, some couples have the chance to spend their time overseas together.
To answer your question, there is no stipend, no monetary benefits for military spouses. Service members can choose to give a monthly allotment to a spouse or whoever, but the money is deducted from their own pay. It does not come from the Department of the Army or Department of Defense.

Primary Caregiver Leave (PCL)
PCL is a 6-week (42-day) non-chargeable leave period for the designated PC following a QBE or QA. PCL will be granted to the parent designated with primary responsibility for caring for the birthed or adopted child/children.
