People's happiest age varies, but research suggests a U-shaped curve: happiness dips in midlife (around 45-50) due to stress, then rises significantly in the 60s and 70s as people gain wisdom, focus on values, and have fewer obligations, often peaking around 70, while other studies point to early 30s (around 35-36) for satisfaction from stability, and some youth see teens as free and happy.
