The One-Above-All is omnipotent. Scarlet Witch is nothing compared to TOAA.
Wanda was considered to be the Nexus Being of Earth-616, but there were still forces far more powerful than her. Perhaps the most obvious character that was more powerful than the Scarlet Witch was the One Above All, who acted as the "god" of the Marvel universe.
Franklin Richards was omnipotent at some point, although his powers did not last forever. At the height of his powers, comic book Franklin Richards was much stronger than the MCU's Scarlet Witch ever was.

The One Above All is the ultimate source of life and creation and the architect/creator of the Multiverse and everything that exists. The One Above All has stated that its "only weapon is love", which was further stated by the Watcher.
The One Above All was one of the many victims of Thanos in his eternal quest to please Death. He was obliterated along his fellow Celestials by Thanos when he stabbed Black Bolt to death in order to use his destructive voice as weapon.
The SIMPLEST ANSWER IS HE CAN'T BE BEATEN. Literally NO matter what character you say, it just can't be done. Someone answered that The Beyonder could destroy The One Above All (or beat him) because his name means to Beyond all. The Beyonder.
Even other gods, like Thor, who acknowledge the One Above All's role as the most powerful Marvel god, find the presence of the One Above All “humbling.” Superheroes like Spider-Man and other cosmic entities have seen The One Above All.
While Odin is the god with the power originally. Odin knows magic just as well as Wanda does, shown through his enchantments, and some of his feats. Odin wins, unless he falls into the odinsleep.
Her body has physical limitations and is only as durable as a human body can be. Her use of magic also drains her physically and is quite exhausting for her as is seen during Multiverse of Madness. She is vulnerable to all attacks and bullets and was easily injured by Proxima Midnight during the attack on Vision.
In Doctor Strange 2, Black Bolt's mouth was removed by Scarlet Witch. Panicked, Black Bolt tied to speak, causing his brain to implode from the power of his own voice, which was still destructive as ever. However, Black Bolt would likely have annihilated Wanda with a single word.
It just can't happen, as he can't be hurt, killed, or depowered in any way shape or form and his power is infinite. Even another omnipotent being could only stalemate, as it would be an unstoppable force meeting an immovable object. TOAA created the infinite multiverse, and therefore Scarlett witch is his own creation.
Hercules / Zeus
In fact, he is considered by many authorities to be the physically strongest character Marvel has ever created. According to legend, he replaced Atlas in holding the sky on his shoulders.
Reality Manipulation: One of the most well known powers that Wanda Maximoff has is her ability to shape, warp, defy and bend reality itself. She has been stated as one of the world's greatest and most dangerous reality warpers.
There are numerous incidents within the series that suggest Hulk himself is either the host for the One Below All or may even be the entity itself. This is only half-true, as Hulk is actually the one who manages to defeat the entity, by seemingly killing its host—Brian Banner.

The One-Above-All is all powerful, all knowing and always present. He is the most powerful being the Marvel Omniverse. His power is unlimited, incalculable and immeasurable. Having your power described as immeasurable by Marvel is pretty special which is why he makes our number one.
He is the true Monotheistic Supreme God of the Marvel Omniverse and the sole master of the cosmic overseer; The Living Tribunal. The-One-Above-All is the supreme creator of all existence in the Marvel omniverse and is considered to be the most powerful character in Marvel.
Thanos is a mutant member of the race of superhumans known as the Titanian Eternals. The character possesses abilities common to the Eternals, but amplified to a higher degree through a combination of his mutant–Eternal heritage, bionic amplification, mysticism, and power bestowed by the abstract entity, Death.
In the Jim Starlin's Thanos Infinity Conflict, Thanos has absorbed TOAA along with all multiversal entities becoming the most powerful being in the comics. So yes, Thanos won the battle.
