The writers of Outlander made a big change to the series from the source material in season three. In the third outing, Jamie Fraser (played by Sam Heughan) tied the knot with Laoghaire MacKenzie (Nell Hudson) during the 20 years while Claire (Caitriona Balfe) was in the future.
Facing a life without Claire, Jamie married Laoghaire in 1764 so he could be a father to the girls, since he never got the chance with Brianna or Willie (Clark Butler). However, the marriage didn't last long and Jamie ended up leaving.

Jamie has a son named William Ransom with Geneva Dunsany, who died during William's birth. Jamie also has two stepdaughters, Marsali MacKimmie Fraser and Joan MacKimmie, from his marriage to his second wife, Laoghaire MacKenzie.
Unable to sleep, Claire heads to Colum's library to borrow a book, and ends up eavesdropping on a conversation between Colum and Dougal. She discerns that Dougal has gotten Laoghaire pregnant.
Nonetheless, Jamie did have sexual relations with Laoghaire in a bid to make the marriage work but ultimately failed and so the couple separated. Additionally, it seems Jamie was acting of out duty to his new wife however past trauma meant Laoghaire was unable to reciprocate.
Outlander fans were left devastated after couple Jamie and Claire were forced apart by historical events at the end of season two. Claire went back through the stones and to the 20th century where she was reunited with her first husband Frank Randall (Tobias Menzies).
The simple answer is no. Claire and Jamie don't have any more children after Brianna. Claire heads through the stones while pregnant with Brianna at the end of the second season/book. She spends 20 years in the 20th century, and she and Frank don't have any children together.

Just as she begins to worry that Jamie might be capable of lying to her, Jamie quells her fear by revealing to her his indiscretion with Mary MacNab, a woman who worked at Lallybroch, while Claire was back in 1968 with Frank and Brianna. This confession soothes Claire, and the two find themselves realigned once again.

It helps to remember the whole timeline, which is easier when you read the books. When Jamie met /married Claire, he was a 23 year old virgin, and they were together three years before she went back through the stones pregnant with Brianna in 1746.
Claire and Jamie only have two biological children together: Faith and Brianna. Faith was the stillborn baby in France. Mother Hildegarde baptized the child despite it being against the law, and Jamie never got to see her.
Laoghaire goes completely nuts. She tells Brianna her mother is a witch who should have burned at the stake, that she bewitched Jamie and nastily tells her that Jamie never wanted a child, so he sent Claire away. She locks Brianna up.
At the start of the eighth book, Jamie reveals that he is alive. He had been on another ship with Jenny. He does find out that Claire and John married, and it ends his friendship with John.
Claire gives him a beautiful, tender answer: she shares his regret, but regret is not enough. And together they make the decision to give the baby to Lucinda, a young mother who lost her own baby at birth, and has both love and milk in abundance.
Claire Meets Jamie's Son and Saves Lord John Grey on Outlander - Outlander Season 4 Episode 6.
For instance, Lord John Grey learns the truth about Claire, Brianna, and Roger... though he has a hard time believing it. And speaking of Roger and Brianna, they get into their own time-travel trouble — Roger with his ancestor Buck and Brianna with Rob Cameron.
Some think Jamie's spirit (but not his body) traveled to through time to guide Claire to him; others suggest Jamie had a near-death experience after the Battle of Culloden, and that's why his ghost is 25 when he appears to Frank.
It won't arrive soon enough, however, as Claire and Jamie have become separated on the orders of the treacherous Richard Brown. Tom promises Claire her husband is safe and would be going home but he is taking Brown's word on the matter which isn't worth very much.
Claire technically has three husbands when you read all eight current Outlander books.
Surprise! Jamie also has two step-daughters, Marsali MacKimmie Fraser and Joan MacKimmie. They became his step-daughters when he married their mother, Laoghaire MacKenzie. If that name sounds familiar, it's because Laoghaire is the same woman who orchestrates Claire being put on trial for witchcraft.
He planned to turn himself in rather than continue with his isolated existence any longer. Before he did so, Jamie and Mary slept together after they found comfort in one another. Mary was a widow, whose husband had betrayed Jamie previously and paid a heavy price when he was murdered by the people of Lallybroch.
Jamie denies having slept with her, but the damage to his and to Claire's reputation is done—and the bond between the Frasers and Malva is severed, until just a few weeks later, when Claire finds Malva murdered in the garden.
