Let your baby end the feeding when he shows these signs he's full: Releases or “falls off” the breast. Turns away from the nipple. Relaxes his body and opens his fists.

Despite views to the contrary, breasts are never truly empty. Milk is actually produced nonstop—before, during, and after feedings—so there's no need to wait between feedings for your breasts to refill.
Breast compressions are a way of helping your baby to get a stronger flow of milk by gently squeezing and compressing your breast. Breast compressions can keep your baby actively sucking so they can remove more milk from your breasts. This helps to increase your milk supply.
Should I burp my baby after breastfeeding while lying down? Whether feeding in a reclining position or lying, burping the baby is essential to release trapped air from their tummy (5). Generally, there's no set rule as to when you should burp your baby. Some babies need burping during the feeding and some after (6).
As milk is removed from your breasts, your body is signalled to make more milk. The more frequently and thoroughly the breasts are emptied (though breasts are never truly 'emptied'), the faster they try to refill. Oxytocin – which promotes milk 'let-down' or the flow of the milk to the baby.
Your breasts feel softer
This happens as your milk supply adjusts to your baby's needs. The initial breast fullness reduces in the first few weeks. At around 6 weeks, breast fullness is completely gone and your breasts may feel soft. This is completely normal and has no effect on your milk supply.
Some mothers feel a tingling or pins and needles sensation in the breast. Sometimes there is a sudden feeling of fullness in the breast. While feeding on one side your other breast may start to leak milk. You may become thirsty.
CHECK FOR THESE EXPRESSIONS: If you want to know whether your baby is full or still hungry, then look for this: In case, baby has fallen asleep at the breast and hands are open and relaxed, it is full. If the fingers are tightly clutched and face looks tensed, then your baby is still hungry.
To keep up your milk supply in both breasts (and to prevent painful engorgement), it's best to alternate breasts, whether in the same feeding session or between different sessions. Remember to keep your baby on the first breast until it's soft, and then move your baby to the second breast.
