Using hot water, wash all towels, flannels and other textiles that regularly come into contact with skin (cushions, throws, blankets, etc.). Disinfect all hard surfaces, including kitchen counters, bathroom counters, the area around the bathroom sink and any tables or workstations you might have.

If the conditions outside become too hot, dry, or wet from heavy rain, they will sometimes find their way into your home, seeking shelter. Indoors: Millipedes are attracted to cool, damp places like the basement, crawl spaces, or the garage.
After basic cleaning, you can use household cleaners such as borax and bleach to get rid of the eggs or larvae and worms. You can also use baking soda or vinegar to flush the drainage to remove any eggs in it. Clean the inside flaps of drainage also to avoid possibilities of worms.
Any worms in your gut will eventually pass out in your poo. You may not notice this. To avoid becoming infected again or infecting others, it's very important during the weeks after starting treatment to wash your hands: after going to the toilet.
They love to infest mattresses, bedding, carpets, and other textiles where they can feast on human skin cells, crumbs, or fabrics. Coconut is the most effective home remedy to treat intestinal worms. Consume a tbsp of crushed coconut in your breakfast. After 3 hours, drink about one glass of lukewarm milk mixed with 2 tbsps of castor oil. Drink this for a week to get rid of all types of intestinal worms.
For most people, treatment will involve taking a single dose of a medication called mebendazole to kill the worms. If necessary, another dose can be taken after 2 weeks. During treatment and for a few weeks afterwards, it's also important to follow strict hygiene measures to avoid spreading the threadworm eggs.
The worms will die after 6 weeks so provided you do not swallow any new eggs then no new worms will grow to replace them. Strict attention to hygiene should be sufficient. Piperazine (Pripsen) is a different medicine, and can be used in children under 2 years (but over 3 months).
Most people don't experience serious complications from pinworm infections, but in rare cases the following complications can occur: Urinary tract infections (UTIs). UTIs can develop if you do not treat the pinworm infection. Vaginitis and endometritis.
The female adult worms leave the anus in the middle of the night while the person is sleeping to deposit her eggs around the skin of the perianal region. The eggs become infectious within a couple of hours after being deposited and can survive for about 2 weeks outside the host.
